An absolute gem of a Hotel, an unplanned last minute stay but was a boon. A beautiful location, super clean & comfortable room. Bonus was fast wifi and safe parking included but definitely the highlight was the wonderful staff, from the moment I arrived, late evening, they could not be more helpful, food looked divine & in the morning I missed breakfast but the offer of a plate and a lovely coffee before I hit the road, while I didn't have time to avail, the lovely sentiment was not wasted on me. Will go out of my way to stay again and cannot wait,Thank you.

The property is very nice, centrally located. The staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was amazing..the scones were exceptional. We did not have dinner at the hotel because we wanted to explore the town and ate at a local restaurant. We arrived later than planned and left early so did not experience as much as we would have liked. We would definitely stay there again.

The facilities were very clean but a bit dated and may not appeal to some travelers. The surround for the tub was peeling probably from moisture. Definitely not a hindrance to us returning for another stay.

Great location and a good, simple, continental breakfast. Comfortable beds. The restaurant was great. The staff were very personable and responsive, though seemed to be working the hotel and the restaurant so were very busy. Overall we had a great stay.

No one was there when I arrived to check in (several people were also looking for the staff) because they were working in the restaurant, but once someone asked at the restaurant they came immediately to check us in. The shower curtain was broken and made it difficult to work the shower without getting spray everywhere. There was no fan or air conditioning or way to adjust the temperature and the room got a bit hot at night. Opening the window did keep it cooler but let in noise from the street. The television only had about 4 channels working.

Wonderful, friendly staff, very helpful re info on Greenway cycling. I was able to check in to my room before 1pm. Room was lovely, very comfortable bed and pillows. Tea, coffee and biscuits available in the room. A bath and shower, the bath was great after a days cycling. Food in the evening was beautiful and well presented. The friendly night porter made me a takeaway coffee and some fruit, as I had a very early morning check out. This was greatly appreciated. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Very well located in the centre of charming little Newport. Friendly staff and a good pub that's part of the hotel. Quiet and with comfortable beds.

The rooms are rather small if you're required to have room service for breakfast (as we were), and the lighting is rather dim - fine most of the time but there's no way of getting a brighter light on for when you need it.

The breakfast options were a continental breakfast and the food was ample and of good quality.Tje breakfast area was spacious and well organized, clean and monitored by staff. The location was excellent for access to attractions in the area.

Parking is scattered a bit. Some spaces under the hotel, some behind the hotel and a few infant of the hotel. Nit a problem once you figure it out.

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. They made a great recommendation for entertainment in a local pub for the first night which was fantastic. Our room was upgraded to the Grace Kelly Suite which was amazing. The room was lovely and clean, bright and spacious. It had a jacuzzi bath which was a lovely bonus. A lovely hotel.

I would have preferred a cooked breakfast but the continental breakfast provided was nice.

Gorgeous relaxing couple of nights away in the Newport Hotel. I booked a deluxe suite and we got the Grace Kelly Suite. The room was spacious and super comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower in the room was lovely and powerful. There was a jacuzzi bath in the room which was a lovely addition. Staff were super friendly and helpful which was lovely. Can’t comment on the restaurant or breakfast because we didn’t avail.

Hotel is in a lovely village that has a playground, which the kids loved, cafes, shops, chip shop, walk ways. Family room was a good size, really liked the layout of the room. Hotel was very clean, quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and large bathroom with bath. We had dinner one night in the restaurant, food was lovely and staff were very friendly and gave kids colouring to keep them busy. Large selection of cold breakfast only(can get hot breakfast in cafe next door)Less than 10 mins from westport town. Parking outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Large spacious room, albeit a little difficult to find in all the corridors initially. No road noise as it was to the rear side of the property. Staff extremely helpful with parking directions and bringing an electric fan to the room. Lovely decor in the room. Bedding, towels and cushions all of a very good quality. Excellent secure parking to the rear of the property for our motorbike.

Everything was good, no negative comments.
