Clean and easy to arrive (subway connection)

The check-in was online, with little communication regarding the instructions. The instructions were not clear, and at one point it even gave the impression of being insecure. Furthermore, there was never anyone at the reception; everything was handled via WhatsApp, from a different number than the one in the application, which created even more insecurity in the process. I was not able to pay the city tax because there was no one at the reception, and I asked for the receipt for that reason but never received it.

Room was lovely and clean, same for the bathroom, looks nicer in real life than the photos! We even had a balcony that we didn’t know we were getting which was a lovely surprise. Hairdryer in the bathroom was handy, as well as mini shower gel/shampoo sachets. Also a small kitchen which we didn’t use but had a fridge, stove, microwave, etc. Bed was made up for us every day however would’ve liked fresh towels every day. Staff lovely and very helpful with any issues. A note that the property doesn’t accept card payment for city tax, not an issue as we went to an atm but would’ve been easier to know prior. Very close to nearest metro station going straight into central Rome which is a beautiful city. Highly recommend this property.

We had a small issue with the key not to the building but the apartment door which the rooms were inside. Was quite an old key/door, the first evening took us many attempts to get in, luckily a couple in another room could hear us struggling and opened the door from the other side, and the next day I asked Alfredo who showed us the knack too it it was absolutely fine. Think we should’ve paid more attention when he was showing us round.

I reserved for a guest and he was extremely happy with the place and said it was the most comfy place he stayed in within the 2 weeks in italy. The owner was super helpful and patient and helped when an issue occurred in the payment method. If you’re looking for a hassle free comfy place this is definitely your go to place 👌🏻💯

The accommodation was excellent - clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Great location, close to the center. It's easy to get anywhere by metro. The host is very kind and always available. All recommendations

IT was Near metro station, it was clean, the furniture is New. We arrived late, but everything was excellently organized. Thank you for accommodating us outside of working hours and arranging our room check-in. We truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism.

I liked the location, Mr Martinez the caretaker was very helpful, salute to him, Mr Gustavo was also very helpful, safe area, metro station close by,, restaurants, and stores, everything was close to the property, whenever I come to Rome, will definitely stay here. Keep up the good work Mr Martinez,.

Nothing as such

It was big and clean room with a smal balcon. Close to a bakery, coffee shop, fruit market and the subway

The bathroom was outside the room. the localization was different from that I booked. I received a message with the new address in advance but I didn’t realized it, I went to the address on the reservation and there, thanks to the help of other guests, I was able to talk to the person and understand the situation. No fridge.

Everything were perfect the owner communication and stuff highly recommended to anyone who want to stay in rome near to furio camilo metro and near to busses 100m mall and stores nearby

Whats was not to like? The rooms smells clean as it gets the photos is exactly what you will see

It was a great accommodation, we didn't miss anything, the equipment was great, the staff was really nice and friendly. We will definitely want to come back the next time we visit Rome.

Very clean, very comfortable, nice little balcony, easy to get to by Metro. Good value for money.

Perhaps have a couple of bottles of water for guests in the room on arrival. It was late at night when I arrived, no stores open.
