- Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable (unless you prefer your mattress firmer) and the bathroom was modern with all the amenities you would require. - The blackout curtains in the room are fantastic. - The honesty system for lounge snacks is a great idea, with complementary apples. - The coffee and tea facilities are perfect.
- The king bed takes up the width of the room, which means the one near the window had to clamber over the other occupant. That side of the bed has access to two power points. The usb ports were on the other side of the bed - not a deal breaker, but would have been nice to have the option to charge just using a cable for the side of the bed closer to the window. - Would be a good idea to have a sign for where to put used cups in the lounge area.

Very very stylish, practical & clean. A gorgeous blend of modern & classic. Not like a stock standard hotel. Beautiful library surprise on the 5th floor. Excellent amenities. Bathroom toiletries beautifully scented & sophisticated. Extremely comfy beds. Very pleasant staff always with big smiles. Plugpoints in all the right places, ironing board & dressing gown/slippers always appreciated & rare to find in most hotels. I will definitely come back.
Nothing. I'd definitely stay again!!

The quality of the room and shower was very high. The rooms are small, so it was nice to be able to also sit in the library and upstairs.
Bed was soft and comfey, but we actually both need a firmer mattress and not such big pillows - we both had a really bad sleep. There was also no top sheet - just the doona, which didn't give enough choice for a cooler option on a summer's night. The 2nd night was better because we asked for lower profile pillows and a top sheet from reception, and they delivered great pillows (firm but medium ht) and an extra doona cover the next day which did the job of a top sheet quite well. They should have a top sheet available in the room, and not all 4 pillows should be high - a mix of high and medium would suit everyone. The library's coffee machine wasn't working all weekend, and the music was the same all times of day and night and was a bit annoying.

Helpful staff, allowing me access to the nearby Hale Spa before booking in. I had been trekking for the last 2 days and came early to the hotel so spa access was great for a tidy up before adventuring in the city.
I came a little earlier than the book in so couldn’t use my room beforehand as they were booked out. The bar fridge is also pretty empty in the room (though you can buy from the common areas). The room’s window had a pretty ugly view too so left the window closed for the stay which made the room feel even smaller. Downstairs cafe (not part of the hotel! But part of the same building) was rude and snobbish when I wanted to pay with cash.

I had the best time at Little National in Canberra! First and foremost, the team there were incredibly lovely, and they let me drop my bag off early before check-in so I could go explore the city with ease. It's super close to the Parliament House and depending on which room you stay in, you can see a bit of Parliament House from your room! The room was absolutely gorgeous and clean! There were plenty of amenities, such as free coffee and tea, access to a hairdryer, and plenty of toiletries. The bathrobes they had were so soft and plush, and the mattress was SO SOFT it was like I was sleeping on a cloud (definitely had the best sleep after so long). Overall, my time at Little National was incredible and unforgettable. I will definitely be coming to stay again ❤️

The aesthetic, clean design, Byredo products, good for solo traveler, easy screen check in, the library and the self serve drinks/food. Good value for money.
If I was staying with my partner, I wouldn’t like the bed configuration. The pillows were too large, high and stiff, they were uncomfortable to sleep on (ok for sitting up to read). In room slippers and bathrobe would be a great touch and fit in with the aesthetic and Byredo products. If you’re staying longer and have big suitcases it’d be a challenge space wise. It’s a pretty small room.

The bed was really comfortable, it’s all modern and clean. Free parking, breakfast included, friendly, comfortable.
Lots of lights on all the modern contraptions when you sleep, they have robes and slippers. It would be great if they supplied sleep masks as well. Or otherwise I recommend bringing your own. I’m the lightest sleeper in the world so I’m a bit precious about lights. For all of my other ridiculous sleep sensitive requirements, they nailed it. Sleepy tee. Blockout electric blinds and a super comfy bed! Great stay! Would stay again. (With my mask)

This hotel feels a little like accommodation in Japan, compact but has what you need. The bed was super comfy and lux. The spaces with the self-serve drinks was nice and could even see the drone show happening at the date we traveled. Great work spaces for people who might use this.
- We were ok with the bed, but for a couple where one person might have mobility issues they may struggle as there is only one way to get in and out for 2 ppl. - the 4 am fire alarm (although hopefully a one off). - coffee machine not working in common area

The room was great. Bed was amazing…so big and comfy! Bathroom was a great size and had everything we needed. Great to have a fridge, tea and coffee supplies. Loved the parking availability as well. It was all undercover and if there were no spaces left in the hotel parking we could use the public car spaces which were always free at night so never missed out on undercover parking. Room service was great everyday…everything always cleaned up. It was great how there was a kitchen for all guests with snacks, drinks (water to fill up drink bottles) and a microwave. The front desk had utensils we could use if needed which was very handy. 24 hour reception is always great as well.
Only minor thing was the room was small when two suitcases were open in it but not a big deal at all.

Fantastic, large brilliantly designed common areas across 2 floors - work / study on one floor and a lounge area with fireplaces and great views on the other. Love the concept. No mini-bars. Instead, self serve in the common areas for free tea and coffee, plus billed drinks and snacks. Worked very well and made for lovely socialising.
The bed situation was strange. One person had to climb across the other to get in. The bed was enormous but also extremely soft.
