Location is perfect, it is just a few metres away from Fatima's Sanctuary. If you are traveling with older people who can't want a lot, it is great so you can easily make many visits to the Sanctuary. It also has a large underground parking.

The room had a kitchen but it was LOCKED so we couldn't use it. We asked about this and we were told that they did this because we had paid for a cheaper option of the room.

breakfast was good; the bed was a good size and clean, and I could hear mass from the window. The staff was friendly and flexible. The gym was okay, and the pool was enjoyable even though it was cold weather.

When I booked the room, I ensured the spa and sauna facilities were open and in service. The website said it would be operational from the 1st of September, but once there, they were not open to the public. The bathroom was not a 4-star hotel bath. The shower was quite horrible and always flooded the floor.

It was a lovely two-bedroom apartment, perfect for a family stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, although it lacked utensils. The rooms were very spacious, with plenty of closets, a comfortable sofa, and a table. We also appreciated the several bottles of water provided — a thoughtful touch.

The beds weren't comfortable 🙁

Location was great. Only 2 mins away from the Sanctuary of Fatima. The bus station too was closeby. The 2 ladies at the reception (Maria and her colleague) were super helpful and warm. Maria recommended a great restaurant down the road (Arco de Fatima). The Pool helped me to relax and also I managed to get a good massage. The double bed was big and comfy.

There was no chair in the room. I had a virtual meeting and needed a chair so I had to use the small table by the bed as a chair. Maybe amenities like shampoo and conditioner could be provided as well. The breakfast I didn’t enjoy. It was too simple. The eggs were soggy. The coffee/tea mugs weren’t there. They only had paper mugs which were very small. Fruits were limited as well.

Clean and very polite staff. Location was amazing and it was very spacious

Breakfast was disappoint (canned mushrooms and sausage, kool aid juice, very bad coffee) Pillows were too high and hard, duvet was not thick enough (i believe they were summer duvets and i went during winter), some visible tears on the bed frame, shower curtains (????? )

Rooms were comfortable and clean and suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great central location in Fátima.

We were disappointed that although we had a kitchenette we could only use the fridge as there was no cutlery or plates etc-that wasn’t clear when we booked that you had to book and apartment and not a suite.

Swimming pool great but no toilet on that floor which is odd so had to use lift to room or use loo in reception area

Housekeeping - room booked for 4 people but every day only enough towels for 2 people were left meaning I had to ask every day for towels - not a big problem but curious why housekeeping wouldn't leave the correct number of towels in the first place

Location was great. Rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. The pool was small, but ideal for a city break location. Lots of parking for guests.

No bar was open during the day or near the pool to get drinks, not even a fresh water tap. The pool was not heated.

Very quite hotel,huge and comfy bed.Friendly staffs especially Jenny who always attended us during breakfast time,I will definitely book again incase we will come back to Our Lady of Fatima.

All good .I just wish to have kettle in the room with coffee and tea bags.

breakfast was so nice location a little far from the station and room was excellent.

for breakfast everyday is the same food at least if we can changed it every two days or more offers please. secondly we should not include breakfast in the booking , the good reason why because i know lots of people can't afford the booking with breakfast included. so you give them option. thank you.
