Very comfortable, good location but not worth the money. Paid over $800 night for a glorified hotel room. Woken up by 7am to the woman next door yapping on her phone outside her room. Light bulbs were out in our bathroom and there were some rusty spots in the bathroom. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy but overall I would not choose to stay there again. The staff was nice but also but was a little aloof. I was checking in and an elderly gentleman came in behind me and another woman saw him standing there and didn’t bother to help him. Would have expected more for the price.

We had a very nice room with an ocean view. The room was very clean and well furnished. The staff was very friendly and gave us a Easter Basket which was a really nice gesture. The location is very good and you can walk to attractions like Congress Hall and shopping and dining.

Parking was a bit limited. If you wanted to park in the back lot of the hotel, you had to use Valet which was bit inconvenient.

The hotel was adorable, the pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the location was perfect. We also had an amazing view from our balcony. So happy with our stay.

The only thing that could have been improved was the beds were a little firm and the key lock could have used a little grease. It was difficult to turn the key in the lock. Tiny things that really aren't a huge deal overall.

The location and staff were great. The hotel was clean and had nice amenities.

The mattress was too firm, and the bedroom was way too bright at night. The room needs a thick light blocking blind. Too much light was coming in from the parking lot.

Bright. Clean. Mostly quiet. Friendly staff.

Parking is a big issue. One pass per six people. Even with a pass, may not find a spot in the lot. Or double spaces block People in and valet is not 24 hours. Surrounding parking in the community is nearly impossible. Especially overnight.

Location is great! Rooms are nice and clean and there seems to be some updating going on. Like the separate living space away from the bedroom. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

While it’s great that they’re doing work on the property the contractors started before 8:00 and we’re loud. The blinds kept no light out of our room so the bedroom was super bright at 5:30. Really only downside though. Would still go back for sure.

The concierge service is very attentive. It was great to be next to Rusty Nail, we had a good time at the bar. The pool was comfortable and not crowded.

The price was quite high - although I guess that's true for most (if not all) desirable stays at Cape May.

I haven't stayed at a motel at the Jersey Shore in quite a while. I don't know what other towns are doing but Cape May has taken the typical Jersey Shore experience up quite a few notches. We felt like we were at a resort! Beach lounges and chairs and umbrellas included in the price of the room....WOW! Having the restaurant right there for quick meals...great! Free beach access with sprinklers to wash off sand at every beach entrance....amazing! We will definitely return.

Location. And staff. And amenities. All amazing.

A bit noisy. Our upstairs neighbors were very noisy all night. Was hard to sleep. At the same time it’s Saturday night. We understand. And when the place is in full swing we would not expect peace and serenity all weekend. It’s a busy place and it would not stop me going back. Would bring earplugs.

Very cool vibe. All the conveniences, extremely clean, lots of staff and all helpful. Great location too.

Prices were a little steep especially with all the taxes and resort fees tacked on adding another $100 per nite.
