Had a wonderful few days in Flame Flowers, the family are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room and whole property was modern, spotlessly clean and very well located for all sites of Hoi An, facilities are excellent. I highly recommend and hope to return myself sometime in the future.

Truly felt like I was at my home away from home. Beautiful, clean, and spacious room. Shout out to Sara who helped me maximize my short time there with great recommendations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms. This family is so attentive, so caring, so willing to help you in any way that's needed. It goes far beyond the expectations of any homestay or hotel that I've ever stayed in before. They were kind, generous, and always willing to help. Free bicycles to go to the rice fields and to the gym were wonderful and the breakfasts and snacks were so thoughtful. They answered any questions I had and helped to make my experience in Hoi An one I will never forget!

That I didn't get to stay longer, unfortunately, when I changed my plans, they were fully booked. But I will definitely be back!

Myself and my family really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk to the busy streets of old town, easy access to atms, local markets and shops, however it was still very quiet and peaceful tucked away on a quieter street. Not to mention wonderful restaurants that our lovely host Hoa and his family recommended to us. We had an amazing view from our balcony, looking over an old Temple. We were able to use the bikes free of charge and we really enjoyed the tours Hoa recommended to us for a price much cheaper than found online. We couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to stay in Hoi An and our host family truly went above and beyond to help us. Even booking a bus trip for entire family to Hanoi, at a special price. We can’t wait to come and stay with them again. Thank you to Hoa and his family for sharing their beautiful home with us.

I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a comfortable, lovely and peaceful time on Hoi An. My room was quite spacious with ample amount of sunlight. AC works good. Hot water 24/7, in case if required. Good Wi-Fi to take work related conference calls and to stream Netflix on television. Just a few minutes walk away (5-7mins) from the main area and away from the city hustle. Sara is just a wonderful person with all the handpicked recommendations, it saves me too much of my time in trying out restaurants and cafés. This property also suggested a good Spa with decent discount and with pick and drop facility. Also, they have free bicycles to roam around the city like locals. I mean, just book it and you will know what I am talking about. 😁

This was the best homestay experience we have ever had! The family were lovely and helped us hand craft the perfect plan for how we would spend our time. The room was lovely, and this alone would have scored a 10/10 for me. Meanwhile, the friendliness and the welcoming nature of this family deserves 100/10. I don’t say this lightly, but I would consider coming back to Hoi An just to stay here again. We were absolutely spoiled! With free bikes available, we were recommended to cycle to the beach. They also recommended the pottery village which was so lovely! You can tell they genuinely want people to enjoy Hoi An unlike other places which just try to push expensive tours to make commission.

It is the best homestay You can choose in Hoi An! Owners were taking care of us for the whole stay. They provided bikes and additional towels for the beach free of charge. They recommended places to eat, what to see and even got us a discount for a tickets to Hoi An Memory Show which was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and huge (only 3 USD per person). They were very kind and ready to help at any time. There was bigger room available so they gave it us without additional fee. We were also very pleased with My Son tour they arranged for us. Place is located in the quiet neighbourhood, in a walking distance to the old town. Without hesitation I would choose it one more time!

We had a lovely room with a little balcony, which was a real sun trap! The location was great - slightly tucked away which meant it was very peaceful, but still only around 10 minutes to get to the old town. We felt safe walking back there at night as well, but there are also free bikes available if you need them! The staff were the real highlight of the stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and help us with anything and everything. We felt so well looked after from the moment we arrived - there was fresh mango and snacks to welcome us and Thao gave us a quick explainer about Hoi An and lots of recommendations for the main things we wanted to do, which all turned out to be brilliant! She gave us her number in case we had any more questions (which we did!!) and it made such a huge difference to have all that local knowledge at our fingertips thought our stay! They also helped to arrange a transfer to the airport for us. The family got up really early to see us off, helping us with our bags and giving us some extra water for the journey. We're very grateful to everyone at Flame Flowers and will definitely be back when we're next in Hoi An!

This homestay was 10/10, if you are staying in Hoi An I highly recommend staying here. The owners are kind and caring genuine people, who look out for you and give you the best recommendations for everything such as the tailor we went to, good value places to eat, the most beautiful show in the world and snorkelling at Cham island with discounted prices. They provide bikes for free which made getting around, especially to the beach a lot easier and have breakfast options for a cheap price. They helped to provide us with a shuttle bus to our next destination (Da Nang) and were very accommodating throughout our whole stay. The location is only about a 20 min walk to the lantern boats and overall we fell in love with this place.

Nothing could have been better.

Room is so clean and big. The owner and Sara are so friendly and helpful. They offer cheaper prices for trips and shuttle without pushing people to buy it. Also they gave us the great recommendations for restaurants and massage. We got a very good massage place with discount and pick up service for free. When we’re heading off they’ll also help us check the time and make sure we can get on the flight. Everything is perfect and best. Can be the best home stay what I’ve stayed ever.
