I’ve stayed at Phuong Vi Homestay multiple times now, and it truly feels like my home in Hoi An. The hosts (anh Hoa and his family) are incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming — always making sure I have everything I need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with peaceful surroundings that make it easy to relax and unwind. The location is perfect — very close to the old town to walk or cycle, but tucked away just enough to avoid the busy tourist areas., great spot for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and authentic stay. Highly recommend for solo travelers, couples, or anyone who appreciates a personal touch and a warm local experience. This is my home everytime visting Hoi An

Had a wonderful few days in Flame Flowers, the family are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room and whole property was modern, spotlessly clean and very well located for all sites of Hoi An, facilities are excellent. I highly recommend and hope to return myself sometime in the future.

I have been traveling for around two months now and stayed in several places in Malaysia and Vietnam. This was the best place so far. Not only did everything work well like the wi-fi, AC, and hot water, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. For the first time, I felt that they really cared about my experience here. I’m usually skeptical when something gets almost all positive reviews. However, I can see why this place is so highly rated. In fact, I would have prolonged my stay if it wasn’t for the fact that they are all booked up.

We were so lucky to spend five nights at Flame Flowers homestay - it was without a doubt our favourite stay of the entire trip. The hospitality we received went above and beyond every single day. It was our anniversary and they welcomed us with a cake, which was so special. We also booked an early morning tour and they had gotten us each a coffee to take with us on the bus. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the hosts were always available and offered suggestions, helped us book tours and just chat and get to know each other. Neither of us have ever experienced this level of hospitality and I don't think we ever will again! Giving this property a 10/10 rating seriously does not do it justice. We can't recommend this homestay highly enough! If you are looking for the best homestay in all of Vietnam, this is the one!

AMAZING. Words can’t describe how well taken care of I was when I stayed with Flame Flowers. Extremely kind family that treats you as one of their own. Truly felt like I was at my home away from home. Beautiful, clean, and spacious room. Shout out to Sara who helped me maximize my short time there with great recommendations. Believe all the positive reviews. Would 100% stay with them again whenever I am in Hoi An again.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms. This family is so attentive, so caring, so willing to help you in any way that's needed. It goes far beyond the expectations of any homestay or hotel that I've ever stayed in before. They were kind, generous, and always willing to help. Free bicycles to go to the rice fields and to the gym were wonderful and the breakfasts and snacks were so thoughtful. They answered any questions I had and helped to make my experience in Hoi An one I will never forget!

That I didn't get to stay longer, unfortunately, when I changed my plans, they were fully booked. But I will definitely be back!

The room was clean and spacious, and the location was super convenient for dining, getting around, and visiting the Hoi AN Ancient Town. What I loved most was the service – definitely 10/10! I was warmly welcomed with a plate of fresh watermelon under the hot sun – such a sweet touch. The hosts were very friendly and gave lots of helpful recommendations on where to eat and what to do in Hoi An. The hotel also offers extra services like airport transfers, motorbike rentals, laundry, and even free bicycles for guests. I was really satisfied with my stay and will definitely recommend this place to friends and come back when I return to Hoi An. 🌸

EVERYTHING! The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, tv is working with a lot of options, there is a balcony. There is a fridge with beverages. The bathroom is big and clean. They provided all with extrem detail. The best is the staff, Hoa is just your brother, also his wife Thoung and his sisyer Thao are really lovely. They will treat you as family . They prepare a delicious breakfast for you and offered fruit when you arrive and always are taking care of you. You will be miss them when you leave, believe me. They will help you to spend the best vacation in Hoi An. Do not make plans until you talk with them. They will give you the best advice and get you the best prices. I have been in many hotels/hostels/residences and never have been treated like Hoa and his family yreated me. They are the best!

To leave! I spend just two nights but I regret not to have more dsys in this place with this staff.

It was a great stay at Flame Flowers and I can only recommend it. Very lovely staff! Hoa and his family are super nice and will help you out with any question you have. Got a lot of recommendations upon arrival and even discounts for activities we wanted to do anyways. The location is very good, since it's very close to the old town and yet safe from the sometimes occuring floodings. Also free bikes to explore the old town. Only thing is that we've had few ants on the bed upon arrival, since it was rain season. But after some sprays of anti-ant spray and freshly changed cheats, that was no issue anymore.
