It provided exactly the facilities we needed: airport shuttle (and early check in after an overnight flight), on-site restaurant and - really important at this point on our long trip - a launderette on-site (even has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers). The metro station was walking distance but the airport shuttle can also drop you off there. It was a hot day when we arrived and I enjoyed freshening up in the pool, though it was surprisingly cool and not so large.

We'd booked and paid for breakfast - this gave us a choice of 5 enormous set menus, none of which appealed to me. It seemed impossible to ask for just one egg and a slice of toast, or something similarly light. There was rather a strong 'urine' smell approaching our block - not pleasant. The shower taps were extremely stiff (furred up) and in trying to turn it one came off in my hand. The fittings are a bit dated but fully functional (apart from the plumbing!).

All of the Staff were delightful and helpful - even when it was 2am for my arrival. Transport to and from airport was well coordinated and easy. Drivers friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and had complimentary refreshments. Breakfast service prompt and delicious. Thank-you for my stopover. I needed that sleep.

Because I arrived so late, in hindsight I would have been “amazing” if the friendly delightful helpful check- in staff was able to just walk me to my room…I was given a sitemap and room location was pointed out to me…but you know what it is like when your tired…a follow me can be so helpful at 2am.

It was a place we could sleep after a long journey during which we were re-routed. We appreciated the complimentary half bottle of wine. The shuttle bus was also good with the driver helpful and friendly.

We had to cancel our booking for the previous night as our initial flight had been delayed. We notified the hotel as soon as we knew but received no refund because of this. It left us with the feeling that the management were happy to take the money irrespective of the circumstances. We also didn't like the fact that we could hear the conversations of the people in the next door room. The sound was so clear that we could follow the conversation. This indicated that in this particular unit there was insufficient sound proofing.

Friendly staff and situated close to airport. The complimentary snacks/wine were a lovely surprise. The room was big and the bed comfortable. The deco whilst outdated did the job and was clean and serviceable. The shower was great. Breakfast was included with my booking and I choose the eggs, bacon and smashed avocado (there was a small menu to choose from) and I tell you it was first rate. Restaurant was lovely setting and included a bar. Checking out at 9am and reception organised the shuttle bus to the airport. Friendly and helpful driver and it took not long of a drive to get there. I think this hotel is the closest one from the airport. There is a free shuttle bus that you can book online. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The room, toilet, shower were clean. There is no USB port however there is a wireless charger at the bedside table so it was very useful.

I didn’t feel safe because the room was far from the reception. Anyone can walk in the room easily because the door only has one lock. I would not recommend this hotel for a female solo travel, but recommend for the rest. I arrived late at night and there is limited lightings in the area which made me feel nervous to walk around the area.

Every staff member was courteous and helpful. My room had a comfortable bed and A1 totally clean sheets, linen and towels. That means a lot in a stay. A drink, water and snacks welcomed you to the room. Nice touch. The bathroom was clean. The kitchenette equipped for a 4am coffee before leaving for airport. The restaurant served good food at a reasonable price. The selection of bar stocked wines needs tweeking. They had run out of Sauv Blanc. The Pinot Gris was out of a cardboard cask. Limited choice, but OK if you are overnighting. Having the Shuttle to airport , 24hrs, was the best. Drivers were exceptional, and considerate of passengers needs.

My room had no decor at all. No pictures on the wall, or bedside lamps.

The shuttle to the airport worked very well and we also used the station within walking distance of the hotel. We liked the 'campus' feel with the chalets. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The basic restaurant on site was very useful, given that we were some distance away from anything else. The room was a good size.

We were disappointed that the restaurant stopped serving breakfast at 9am on Sunday. We didn't get up early as we were recovering from jet lag which must be common to many of the hotel's visitors. The restaurant menu was not terribly healthy. The room was a bit gloomy.

The shuttle service to the airport was great, room size was very large and had good built in desk and drawers and 2 dining room type chairs. However there was no table, no bedside cabinets and no arm chairs or sofa even though the room had plenty of space for them. Everything was a bit 70s but everything worked well, was nice and clean and shower was old school but was great. Appreciated the complementary wine, and snacks. It worked well for overnight before or after a flight but probably not ideal holiday accomodation.

Hello General Manager, You can be very proud of all of your staff, your rooms ,tucker & more. Our room; spacious & immaculately clean. Good sized TV & fridge. Very comfortable bed. A real bath. Tucker: My wife had a burger, I had bangers & mash. Both excellent. (Can't recall a better B&M anywhere in the world, including the UK). With your compliments: The chips, chocks and especially the Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet (2022, no less), were all well received. Now GM, while all of the above is remarkable, what is extraordinary & most important is the quality of your staff. Cleaners, reception, restaurant, bar. All so friendly, efficient & professional. Finally, let me talk about George, our shuttle bus coach captain. So helpful with our luggage. A good man. And a mathematician. My favorite people. Reasonably priced accommodation for a short stopover with lovely friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was clean and comfortable with a spacious bedroom-lounge area. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful to find they had supplied me with complimentary bottles of water, potato chips, Kit Kats and a bottle of red wine. The provision of a free shuttle bus to and from the airport was ideal and the van drivers were friendly and talkative.

The room was dated and dark, there was no kitchen towel, dish cloth, dish liquid, dinner plates or cutlery available to use.
