I loved the location and the parking was great! The facilities and surrounding area was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was hot and delicious! I must mention how very comfortable the beds were and how private each room was within the suite! Will definitely be staying here again when I return.

There seemed to be a family with a lot of children above our hotel room who were running, jumping, and playing late at night but when I called the front desk to let them know, they immediately handled it. So, I have no complaints about this hotel at all!

Breakfast is good - but timing is bit harsh - sharp 9 am closure on weekdays and 10 am on weekends.

No water bottles provided neither any clarity on in room use of tea/coffee etc. Single small water bottle in room costs 7 USD. They charge extra money as deposit however do not return back immediately on final bill settlement and God knows how long they will keep that with them.

We liked everything about the hotel. It was close to everything. The rate of the room was reasonable. We liked that it was like a mini apartment. We came out to California for the sightseeing hollywood and la scene. We loved every part of it. When we come back to the area for our one year anniversary we will definently come back and stay at same hotel. No question.

Traffic that was about all that we didnt like.

Did the 2 bedroom suite. Amazing! Perfect for parents who do not like sharing the same room w/kids but not comfortable with two separate hotel rooms. Had a kitchen area, living room with pullout. Overall spacious. Room was clean no odd smells. No weird stains on the carpet. Breakfast included was a plus. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Off a busy road, traffic was noisy.

Room was great, breakfast was great, really like the property. The availability of snacks for purchase at the front desk was really nice. Desk staff was generally nice and helpful.

The main downside was that one of the reception staff (not housecleaning) knocked at our door at 11:20am to ask if we were leaving or had late checkout. Checkout time is noon. It's unclear why she knocked at the door when it was before checkout time. It made us feel rushed to leave.

This hotel is excellent for a family.. So big and spacious and quiet and clean.. Beds are very comfy.. You have everything you might need inside the suite.. So many shopping places near by.. Walmart. Target.. Marshalls.. Tjmaxx and many more.. I enjoyed the stay very much.. Thanks a lot for the excellent service

Room was excellent .Nearby ,handful of restaurants present as well.The staff are very helpful and very courteous.

The bed didn't have a proper mattress hence quite uncomfortable .Breakfast choices were extremely limited.Not enough meat items.Considering that international tourists frequent this hotel ,breakfast has to be improved to cater to foreign tourists as well.

Room size & amenities. Entry and exit were convenient. Our request for high floor room was granted. Refreshments in the lobby was a surprise. Thanks!

Breakfast area was cramped. More space would have been nicer. But all staff were very friendly.

The hotel was available for last minute stay. It was clean, the staff was friendly and the service was quick. When I went to ask for extended check out time, the front desk informed that 12pm is already check out time which was great. Security roaming the property for an added layer of safety.

Parking lot was packed but other than that, great stay.

A great stay not far from LA international airport. Friendly helpful staff. The kitchen was great and had everything you need for a comfortable short or long stay.
