No blue tray on shelf broader safe or hold plate without no tray !! Breakfast is ok good taste not bad different taste over sausages different not same before !! Raw tomatoes. Not cooked pulms tomatoes and mushroom and black pudding . Small plate 4 !!

I booked as a venue to hold a conference. The staff I dealt with were all friendly and helpful, particularly Barbara at reception who was exceptional. She really did everything she could to help on the day, came up with ideas to solve our last minute problems and genuinely made the difference between a good experience and a great experience.

The meeting room was booked over the phone, and although it did hold 50 people seated, it was very, very cozy. We had to hire a second room and organise break-out sessions, which was organised quickly and efficiently and worked well, but was stress we didn't need. Dinner in the restaurant was perfectly edible, but nothing special, although service was good. Remember it's primarily a hotel, not a 5* restaurant.

Staff were helpful especially as I was using crutches after breaking my ankle. They were able to move me to a downstairs room near the reception and breakfast area. They also offered other help eg having breakfast in my room if I would prefer that. The only negative comment is that the area near the coffee machine was very congested and this could have been dangerous at times with people carrying hot drinks. However maybe this was a temporary arrangement?

See above. Also a hook for a towel closer to the shower cubicle would have been useful. I also found the surface of the shower tray rather slippery.

My mum and I stayed here as it was fairly close to the NEC (we attended Crufts). We had a lovely, spacious room with very comfortable beds. Bedroom had tea/coffee facilities, hair-dryer, ironing board/iron, tv, and plenty of charger points (including USB and c-type points). Our room was spotless on arrival, and the cleaner had left us a handwritten note :) We only stayed 2 nights, but the room was also cleaned on our 2nd day. Breakfast was amazing, with a excellent choice of cooked and continental, and plenty of hot drinks and juices to choose from. All the staff we encountered were helpful and polite :) All communal areas were kept very clean, and there was plenty of parking in the hotels private and secure carpark. We would definitely stay here again :)

More of a suggestion than a complaint, but a cold water dispenser would have been much appreciated.

The staff was friendly, the room nice and clean and comfortable. The breakfast very good.

We had evening meal ! Having been in catering for 49 years I can honestly say it's the worst meal I've had . It was that bad it was laughable! Had the mac &cheese with chicken! Just a can of mac& cheese and over cooked chicken fingers cut up on top! My friends' meals were just as bad! Meals came out one at a time! Wasn't given any napkins. I think staff were embarrassed didn't even clear the table till after we left! if you stay here. DON'T EAT AT NIGHT , eat in the town

Convenience, close to all amenities train and bus station shops restaurants.

There was no drawers to put personal items in. I do not like that you have all your underwear etc on show. There was plenty of room to put one. There was also no mini fridge again there was space. Nothing worse than having to drink warm water or soft drinks. We were there for 7 days so it would have been nice to be able to have somewhere to put some fruit.

limited breakfast on offer the croissants had run out fir us never got refilled when eating tomatoes were just chopped up fresh tomatoes very different only hash browns sausage bacon and beans no choice of eggs or mushrooms. Was ok but not as good as other holiday in. expresses we stay at. Pillows were quiet lumpy husband doesn’t usually care about most stuff but he did comment on those usually they are lovely

The staff are very welcoming and the reception is polite and informative We felt the room temp was set too high not able to adjust so some of us did not sleep too well The bathroom is a little mouldy around the bottom of shower which could be removed and regrouted and water not flowing away well when having a shower breakfast was a good selection and again the staff were pleasant and helpful when we asked for top ups on certain foods running low overall a very pleasant stay We would visit again thank you

Breakfast was exceptional. Full English breakfast bar plus fruits, cereals. Great coffee/espresso machine. Small but nice bar (beer/wine/spirits). In house restaurant was just what we needed at the end of a long travel day. Staff helped us in every way. The front desk has a direct line telephone to A2B Taxi service (very accommodating taxi company). We highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast tables not cleared and cleaned often enough, tables were often dirty from previous customers and not wiped down.
