I liked the hotel being a little bit smaller than typical Hiltons that we stay at. It didn't feel so overwhelming. I also enjoyed the garage self parking. It was a lot cheaper than doing valet.

They do not have any laundry facilities there on site And the computer Office was right there in the main lobby open to everyone and they only had two computers so Everyone can see your business and it's not private at all. You need to have a specific computer office in an actual room...not wide open in the main lobby area.

The room was nice and clean with enough space to comfortably put down our luggage. The staff was nice and gave us directions to where we needed to go. I also liked that there was a Starbucks in the hotel.

The elevators take forever! We had to wait for 10+ minutes the day we left to get an elevator down. Also, there was a weird buzzing noise coming from the fridge that made it hard to sleep. Finally, the bathroom is not very spacious, there should be more space between the toilet and the counter/sink.

Everything was great. The only complaint I have, was my room was right by the elevator shaft and somewhat noisy. They offered to move me but since I was only staying for two nights, I said that wasn't necessary.

Breakfast was terrific. Location was perfect. Isabella, who was working the front desk was wonderful. She made our 13-year old’s birthday extra special with a surprise goody bag brought to our room, including a slice of key lime pie to celebrate. It was unexpected & amazing guest service.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a pleasant experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the smooth and efficient check-in process. Despite arriving well before the standard check-in time, our room was ready and waiting for us. Thanks to the accommodating staff, we were able to complete an early check-in at a very reasonable price. Although the building itself appears outdated, the rooms are surprisingly comfortable. This early check-in allowed us to rest and freshen up after a long journey, giving us the opportunity to fully enjoy the rest of our day. I particularly enjoyed staying on the 17th floor with a pool view. The mattresses were extremely cozy, providing for a great night's sleep, and the room was very peaceful and quiet. What really stood out to me was the hotel's prime location. It is situated in close proximity to several dining options, including a few restaurants and food trucks. Additionally, the TECO Line Streetcar's stop is conveniently located just a five-minute walk away from the hotel. This stop allows for easy access to travel between Downtown and the Ybor City district, making it the perfect hub for those looking to explore the city. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in the area.

Rooms were too expensive, but as we booked last minute it kind of makes sense.

Location. Clean. Staff was great. The girl(forgot to get her name) who checked us in was very knowledgeable and gave us good recommendations for food. Had a drink at the bar and Brittani was awesome. Was able to manage a busy bar by herself and was very accommodating.

$53 for valet seems a bit steep because I had a pickup track that you parked in the same space as a midsize car would have been.

Room was large and comfortable and had a bit of a view on the 17th floor The location was suitable for my trip close to the many downtown restaurants and the convention center.

Bar closed already at 11pm The room rate, but also small things such as a bag of Skittles from the vending machine felt overpriced

The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. It’s only a 10-minute drive from the casino and a 3-minute walk to the riverwalk. I also like that a Starbucks is right next to the hotel.

The valet parking staff is friendly and the bartenders are amazing.

How welcoming and professional everyone is 👏🏽

There was a drunk tenant who kissed me on the cheek whilst at the bar with my husband. But I say that to also say security got him out of there so fast that he was no longer a problem after the altercation. Our bartender was also on top of it before anything even happened 👏🏽

The room was clean

The elevators moved incredibly slow, I only stayed one night and found that charging almost $50 for valet with a over $500 room fare was excessive. I did not find good value in my stay and would not stay again
