The room is “mostly” clean. The first room I got had the kitchen filled with ant. But they gave me a new one and there was no problem. Location is slightly far from city center but Toulouse is a small city and majority of the city is in walking distance anyway.

Wifi connection was horrible. For the first one hour of the stay, it just didn’t work. Reception helped me and I finally had the connection, but it was very weak, and kept on disconnecting every 5 minutes, for the entire stay. This was very annoying. However the people who work here is very supportive, which was very helpful and made my stay safe and smooth.

The stuff was really nice and kind. They changed the room with a street view to a room with a garden view immediately on my request. Everything worked. There was a small kitchen with a microwave, fridge and basic kitchen facilities. Big room, bed and bathroom. 2 Carrefour grocery stores are 6 min away in different directions. Bus station for the airport bus 6 min away (ticket 9 eur one way, 11 min ride to the airport). Quiet neighbourhood, 12 min walking distance to the congress centre, Japanese gardens and metro station. Tickets for metro/tram/bus can be bought at the reception of the hotel (works 24/7). Delicious breakfast (fruit, vegetable, marmelades, ham, many sorts of cheese, pancakes, muffins, croissants, 5 different types of bread, WMF coffe machine...) from 6-10am. Nice&spacious lobby. Walking distance to the Capitol (20-25 min).

Minor things only: I missed shampoo (there was only hand soap). Cleanliness 9 of 10. No non-French or non-German TV channels. Wifi connection unsecured/public (no password needed).

Location was good. Quiet, safe, interesting. 20+ minute walk to the city centre but also a short walk to the canal du Midi and then the River Garonne. Good facilities, very comfortable bed, everything in the area. Lovely walks along the river and also into town. Recommend for a solo traveler.

I stayed for 2 weeks. Was happy to self-clean BUT there are no cleaning supplies at all. Don’t buy the 6 euro Odalys cleaning kit - bring your own cloth and detergent, or buy supplies from a local store. No instructions for the dishwasher or microwave.

Everything was great.

Kitchenette didn’t have any dishwashing liquid, sponge or drying towel.

It was super clean! Comfortable bed en good airconditioning. You can cast Netflix on to the tv. There is enough space for luggage! There is also a mini kitchen with even a little dishwasher The location is perfect. With the “velo Toulouse” app you can get bikes trough out the city and from the hotel the city centre is a 10 minute cycle

The don’t clean the room trough out your stay. If you want that you need to pay 10€ extra for every time you want a cleaning. There is no hotel parking. But in the road just on the right before the hotel, before you are in front of the entry. There are like 15 spaces where you don’t need to pay. Both times we wanted to park there was enough space

Very modern and well kept hotel. The room was large and spacious for having multiple bags. Bathroom was very clean and also large. The kitchen was small but very useful. They had 24/7 reception which made it feel safe. A/C worked perfectly. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good and plenty of places to eat nearby. Not as close to main bus station/train station but a lovely stroll through the city.

Not too much to say, more some small things that would be greatly added to the apartment. Soap dish in the shower, tea towel to dry up utensils in the kitchen. Felt like the cleaning staff rushed abit as the bed wasn’t made the best and they didn’t replace the washing liquids and pods for dishwasher. But all in all a very clean and well kept hotel, with lovely staff and I would highly reccomend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the crowds of the city center, yet easily accessible by public transportation and only about a 20-minute walk from the city's main attractions. The building is relatively new, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable. Everything still feels fresh and well maintained. The breakfast is good and offers good value for money.

The hotel doesn't offer many additional facilities, such as a gym or co-working area. The studio room includes a small kitchenette that is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, but it lacks basic essentials like dish detergent, sponges, and kitchen paper. The microwave was not very clean, and small ants were present in the kitchen area. Room cleaning is not included in the stay but available for extra fee, which can be inconvenient for longer visits.

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. We found getting around by the Toulouse bicycles straightforward and it was lovely to be able to cycle along the canal du midi. nice to have a balcony even if the view was not the best. Could sit out with a coffee in the morning.

The pick up from the airport didn't happen. I think this was a problem with booking.com who said we had a free pick up. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late and there was nobody to meet us. It was complicated as I had messages saying somebody was coming. Impossible to contact le cab. Ended up paying for a taxi 26 euros not a problem but we wasted a lot of time hanging around and wouldn't have waited if we'd not been told that a taxi was coming. Free navette back to airport no problem.

What a comfortable little home away from home. Having a mini kitchen of my own was a huge bonus. I was able to do some shopping at the Notre Dame market and cook up a fanastic, affordable meal that evening. (If you spot the lemon and mint ravioli, do NOT hestitate. A fantastic treat and only $3 for a generous solo serving.) Staff helped me find another hotel with a pool for a hot day where I could buy a day pass. Bed was great. Air con great. Comfortable and restful stay even in the blazing heat.

It was pretty far from old town and the super cute stuff, but not too bad if you're comfortable using the bike rental system. Once I got the hang of it, it was super easy. (Also wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't 102 degrees.)

The property was super clean, nice and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. There is vending machine on the property offering water, sodas, crisps and various bars of chocolate and biscuits. It was in a quiet area with small shop only 8 min away. 20min walk from the city center so it is easy to get around.

The Wifi is not free as advertised because to have it, you have to register and provide your data for further marketing purposes - that is not free. The hotel does not have a bar or at least vending machine that offers cocktails, wine, etc to enjoy with that lovely terrace.
