Resort is beautiful. Staff was great!! Evening entertainment was really good!

I didnt like having to pay an upcharge for premium alcohol, and I honestly don't consider Tito's "premium". I also didn't like that the food on the buffet was often cold. Finally, while there is nothing the resort could have done about it, there was absolutely NO beach due to a recent storm. Since my primary reason for going was b/c of the beach, I will be sure to ask in the future (and reschedule my stay for a time when they've rebuilt the beach). This meant we had to pay for a beach club (chairs, drinks and food) that was nearby - kinda defeats the purpose of an all-inclusive.

This was a top-tier, all-inclusive experience! The resort itself is quite pretty, with direct access to the beach. There were different activities every day like: Foam Party, Minute-to-Win-it games, dancing lessons, etc. And every evening was live music and a show, the performances were truly high-quality. The drinks were tasty and readily available :) The restaurants offered a lot of different options, some better than others. I can recommend the 'taco bar' at Rincon. The pools were nice, we didn't even get around to each! And the spa offered affordable packages for massages and beauty treatments. We did the "Spiritual Journey" for couples and found it well worth it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned daily. We booked a room with in-suite jacuzzi but never ended up using it. The bathroom was nice with separate water closet and walk-in shower. The location was great, walkable to the main downtown area with many restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Nothing negative to report.

The location a quiet vibes of the hotel were phenomenal. The entertainment was great and engaging at night.

Only two things a) the beach is public and a lot of non hotel guests linger and lay by the hotel beach area. b) the most upsetting is that you literally have to pay for shade - the cabanas are for upgrade and bottle service only, but at this level of service and hospitality they should offer umbrellas if a guest does not want to be in the sun all day. Unreal, and first time it happened to me.

The location was excellent, Literally in the center of Town. Even Though while your in the resort it Doesn't feel tis way so you get the Best of Both Worlds. The Resort is kept to a Very high standard, absolutely spotless cleaners/maintenance are constantly at work ensuring this standard is kept.

One item in particular that could have been better, is the fact that the Private hotel beach was only accessible to Diamond Club members, I wasn't aware of this when booking. However you can upgrade/Pay for this at the hotel, Also the public beach is only a 5 min walk from Hotel. Also I would suggest that for a solo traveller this may not be the best hotel as it was mostly Couples/Groups, However this could be the same in other Hotels, I'm not singling out this hotel for this.

Food was very good, loved all the daily activities at the pool.

Not sure why we couldn’t get Hilton points just because we booked through booking.com. We still chose to stay at a Hilton property so we should be able to get Hilton reward points for our stay.

The hotel lived up to its five-star expectations with incredible food offerings, extensive choices, pleasant staff, diverse entertainment, and spacious rooms.

To secure pool beds, it's essential to reserve them around 7 am; otherwise, relaxation by the pool may not be guaranteed.

staff experience was great!

An incident occured in the hotel when we went for lunch at Spice on the day of arrival. we were offered coconut water that we gladly accepted with no alcohol. However, later we were told that it is cahrgeable at 12$ EACH! this was not informed to us before we accepted it. We told them that we felt this was unreasonable pricing for coconut water with no alcohol. Manager intiailly told us that waiter will have to pay out of pocket for this if we dont pay up, making us feel guilty but eventually waived off the amount. We felt this is not right and wish we did not have to face this. However, everything else was excellent other than this one experience.

We nearly always stay at all inclusive properties and the food here was better than most. The variety and taste was spot on. Just as important, meal areas were generally free from fauna such as birds, other critters, or insects ,which upset the dining experience.

The constant policy of offering upgrades for an additional fee was a true negative. The "What' you have is nice, but for $$$ more you could have this", is very annoying and let's you think that what you have is not so good. Charging extra for all the poolside cabanas, you cannot be serious !

Beautiful property, well maintained, very nice staff. Good beach, good location. Large room. Some of the best food i have had at an all inclusive.

No umbrellas or shade on beach unless you pay for a cabana. Awful margaritas. Some of the restaurants too cold and windy at night. Towel shortage. NYE special dinner expensive but very good. Need way to block wind. Lobster needed lime. Dessert not good.. NYE show couldn't be seen unless you paid for a table up front.
