The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Breakfast was available until 10 am, but you could still have a coffee and a croissant a few minutes later. The staff was also very kind and patient. The accommodation is in a great location, very cozy!

What I didn't like a bit was that the pool was only open until 8pm. When we got back to the hotel around 7pm, we only had an hour to relax by the pool. There were times when we only got back from sightseeing at 8pm, and then we could only admire the pool from a "distance". We would have been very happy if the pool area had been open longer.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Beautiful views. Food was excellent. Location was pretty central for everything. Overall it was a lovely experience.

When we went to check out it was 6:30am and even though we were told it was 24h the person on reception didn't know how to check people out. Which made us a little late. Advise other travelers to pay your bill the night/day before! Also could have done with some milk and instant coffee in the room. There also wasn't any conditioner even though it said on the website there was.

Really special hotel. We had a great time relaxing by the pool. The included breakfast each morning was delicious and had a nice variety. We also had dinner one night at the restaurant which is great and staff were wonderful (both at the restaurant, breakfast, and reception). Location was perfect for accessing a lot of Tuscany!

I don't think the spa (hot tub and sauna) should cost extra to use. The 4-5 days we were there we didn't see anyone use it (likely because of the additional cost when you're already paying the rate to stay at the hotel). We probably just need to book Adult Only hotels but there were many children at the pool that were loud and splashing around all hours of the time it was open each day. It's a small pool so it really took over the area and in the end we left the poolside early one day when it was just too loud. Maybe have Adult Only specific hours?

The staff is what makes Boccioleto stand out. Over the past months I have visited them several times and it feels like coming home. I have stayed in their different room types and all of them are great. Spacious and well equiped. Pool is nice and refreshing and the location great for trips through Tuscany.

This place is such a gem. Our family stayed for 6 days and we had the most special time. The staff is wonderful and helpful, the pool is perfect to cool down and the location of the resort is 30-50min from all the places worth seeing in Tuscany.

Only one small observation was that the dinners can be just a bit more delicious to match the excellence of this resort. The food was still OK and it was served with attention on the terrace, we wished it was just a bit more special.

Very cosy and quiet property with Tuscany charme. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The pool is very pleasant. They have a laundry area that you can use for free. The restaurante is quite nice with average price. We traveled with our dog (Labrador) that was very welcome and loved by all the staff. The breakfast is very basic. It was enough for us but don’t expect much.

The pool area with the fruit trees and the water sometimes make a mess around.

Wonderful place to stay. I have stayed here a couple of times now and will also visit in the future. The premises and the rooms are well maintained and very clean. The staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, make you really feel at home. The breakfast is really good. Also the restaurant serves a very good dinner. Again, wonderful place to stay.

It’s very close to the nature, elegant & quality, but we still felt the atmosphere of Tuscany. Great place to relax, nice view and good foods and drinks. We really enjoyed to be here!

The water in the pool could have been warmer as it was difficult to use during the day due to the cold at night. Only an advice: perhaps it would be useful to provide half-board options to the reservation possibilities so we don’t have to search restaurants - if we would eat something else than gourmet foods- among the villages in the area, although the scenery is very beautiful for travel :)

Kind, helpful, and well-prepared staff (really, including everyone). Our little dachshund was warmly welcomed as well and could enter everywhere within the resort (except the indoor wellness, but we haven't used it anyway, now in summer). Very good breakfast and fantastic dinner (local specialties in a wonderful Tuscan garden). I suggest trying out their kitchen at least once during your stay. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and good soundproofing (it is not noisy at all).

There is a wonderful view from the pool, but it is a little noisy (that is because of the guests), it would be better to listen to the cicadas. :) So we preferred to stay on the balcony of the room, which is no less beautiful than the view from the pool.
