We had a fantastic stay at Nailcote Hall Hotel. The location is beautifully rural, offering stunning views and a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere throughout. Parking was easy and felt very safe, which made arriving and getting settled stress-free. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t have been more polite and friendly—nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds, making it easy to fully unwind. The decor may not be modern, but it suits the building perfectly—full of character, charm, and clearly very well maintained. The food was excellent, and having access to the spa and pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more special. If you’re after a sleek, contemporary hotel this may not be for you—but if you love period features, a warm welcome, and a countryside setting, Nailcote Hall is a wonderful choice. We couldn’t fault it.

ALL STAFF were super efficient and friendly and made you feel welcome & comfortable. We stayed overnight as we’d booked to attend a show and dinner at the venue. We were situated in room 34, which although in constant shade was hot (but nothing else expected during these extreme heat conditions) - no fan or air-con machine provided. Room was spacious and generally clean. Swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were fabulous. Breakfast was served to you but you could have as much as you wanted with plenty of choice on offer - from cereals, fruit, pastries, full English, toast and of course juices and tea & coffee. We also attended one of their live entertainment show & meal evenings. This was fantastic! From the super function room, food, (all perfect and served effortlessly & efficiently by friendly staff who seemed to enjoy interacting with their guests) Alternative offered when allergy informed, good time had by all. Would I recommend this venue - yes!!!

Venue was a bit dated in places. In our room light bulbs had blown, had 3 hair dryers & 2 safes! Crack in sink basin and bit of mould round bath tub. Dark wood furniture just added to an already dark room and noise from road was quite loud. Fan or a portable air-con machine would have been useful in room.

The room (33) was next to the road & we had to sleep with the windows closed due to the traffic noise although it was one of the hottest nights of the year! However, due to the comfort of the wonderful mattress we both slept surprisingly very well. All members of staff we encountered were friendly & very helpful. We attended a family party in the marquee which was fabulous…great buffet, superb live band & amazing venue. The breakfast was great served by some very friendly, efficient staff & we had a lovely time @ Nailcote Hall. Thank you everyone concerned!

The traffic noise was quite loud but as we knew the hotel was pretty full & did not wish to bother anyone to request a move. It was only one night & we did sleep well but on reflection had we stayed longer we would have asked for a change of room.

We chose this hotel for it's location and because we were staying Sunday it was at a good price. Parking is good. Set in beautiful grounds/golf course. We didn't have time to use the spa or relaxation facilities on this occasion. Would happily stay again. The staff are lovely and the breakfast the next morning was delicious and substantial with lots of choices, well prepared and pleasantly served.

When we first arrived the bar was very busy with people at an event. We got conflicting information about where to go for a carvery meal but it was sorted in the end and we ate in the bar. The bar, with it's low tables, really isn't suitable for a substantial meal comfortably and we were lucky to get a taller table when someone left.

room nice and spacious, large bed very comfortable ,clean bathroom. breakfast ,full english for my husband and a veggie version for me, and as I don't eat eggs or veggie sausages extra hash browns and field mushrooms, plenty of food, didn't need anything else. waitresses very friendly and helpful. Dinner , due to having an accident in which my face was bruised and grazed, we had our evening meals in our room as I didn't want to be seen ,although it was a pity as the day after my fall was my birthday and had been looking forward to a nice meal. Instead I ended up with a halloumi burger bun with salad and well done chips, but had a nice fresh fruit salad and sorbet for dessert.

the sheet over the mattress it was tucked under the topper leaving a good six inches of striped mattress showing at the head of the bed under the pillows and as the pillows were propped up you could see the mattress. I thought at first the cleaner hadn't realised but the same thing happened the following morning.

Loved the setting. Staff were friendly, very accommodating. Beds comfortable. Breakfast lovely. Pool was fantastic.

Little dated, needed refurbishment. Not much selection for hot drinks in room, need to add hot chocolate sachets, more milk. Staff need training on the history of the building and the celebrities that have stayed there. More business would be generated knowing that big names have been there.missing out on promotion opportunities. Disappointed that staff not taking an interest in the history of their workplace.

The staff were wonderful especially Glynn. The food was fantastic. The hall and grounds are in a lovely setting. Glad I left my golf clubs at home. The par 3 golf course looked beautiful but tough. I think it would have ruined a peaceful weekend.

Ensuite was clean but needed attention. Shower screen was leaking onto the floor, the door handle needed changing, shut the door to and it locked itself so we couldn't get in .Swimming pool changing room was terrible. Property needs general maintenance. But saying all that our stay was still a 9 out of 10

Lovely "Olde worlde feel", very pleasant and attentive staff. Good sized rooms with comprehensive facilities. Cosy feel, not a large establishment. Good quality materials used for breakfast, when available (see above)

Poor operation of wc, maintenance called but no disernable difference. Shower produced only warm water at best. Breakfast buffet was poorly executed in the corridor, looked like an afterthought. Only scrambled eggs available with the full English (few customers took up this option) no fried or poached eggs in a 4 star hotel is inexcusable. However, this situation did not occur the following day, where all options were available in the dining room, table service included, a strange situation I ve not seen before.

Fantastic location in countryside but only 10mins from Uni of Warwick. Quality of breakfast is good, staff attentive and friendly. Leisure facilities with pool. Relaxed atmosphere. Historic aspects of property. Upgraded to 4-poster bedroom which was huge and luxurious with massive bed! Called ahead to book a second night for which they matched the Genius discounted price.

Some areas need better maintenance and refurbishing. View from 4-poster bedroom was of a permanent marquee! Shower was not working properly and despite reporting this still not working following morning. Mattress was soft and badly dipped in middle resulting in back pain next day.

The staff were brilliant and super accommodating, they moved me to another room without any issues. Kitchen staff were also amazing, they prepared me a meal that wasn't actually on the menu (chicken roast dinner as I don't eat other meats) *could not fault the staff at all they operated perfectly with the unfortunate hand they had been dealt regarding facilities*

While the staff were excellent they were combating poor facilities. My first room had a broken toilet seat and mould by the window (was also above the spa so had a constant whirring noise) My second room had one lamp not working, snapped toilet flush button, a rip in the duvet cover and did have a fair bit of dust (on headboard and light fixtures, tops of picture frames and mirrors etc). The spa facilities were below expectations, the gym was 1 small cupboard - like room, changing room was very small and outdated (not luxury at all). The pool and hot tub was however nice. The general decor definitely needs an update or just a tidy up as door frames had cracked and flaking paintwork (particularly in the newer build wing of the building) and sofas in the hall were very dated and stained.
