The location was great as we were visiting our son, who is a William and Mary student. The room was very comfortable.

They could not accommodate our son for breakfast, even with an additional cost, so we chose to eat away from the house. The bed in the Roosevelt room would have been challenging for individuals with mobility issues. While this was not a problem for us, we can see how it would be an issue for others.

Location was great, had a nice little garden, rooms were beautifully arranged with period furniture and decor. The common areas were very elegant and inviting, full of historical references and photos of past US Presidents. Nice touch to have Port and wine in the afternoon. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming

We couldn’t be more pleased with the White House Inn. Beautiful, clean, and impeccable service. John and Debbie were wonderful hosts making us feel at home. Nightly fires in the fire place along with soothing music. Very relaxing after a long day of viewing the town. Breakfast was delicious! Each meal was served on a beautifully set table with some of the most delicious starters. Sharing conversations with John, Debbie, and the other guests made the experience that much more memorable! A perfect choice to submerge yourself in the Williamsburg experience. Looking forward to another visit soon.

That our stay wasn’t extended!

It's a fun concept with all the rooms in a White House theme. The host was very friendly and the room comfortable. Good place to sleep

The breakfast. As a bed & breakfast we thought the choices were way too limited (one kind of quiche or cereal) and it wasn't served until 9 on a weekday. When going to explore nine is too late.

Everything was great! Location could not be more convenient to the Triangle area. Food was excellent, hosts were gracious, and the beds were comfortably firm...

We are mobile older adults. If you have mobility issues, some rooms have many stairs. Work with the hosts up front to make sure your room is appropriate for your mobility.

The Inn was very welcoming. Beautiful greenery with flowering plants and tiger swallowtails. We came to celebrate our anniversary and stayed in the Thomas Jefferson room. It was clean and quite comfortable. A different yummy breakfast served every morning. And wonderful conversations with the other guests, who are incredibly friendly and will let you in on the best sights and things to do in Williamsburg. A fabulous stay!

Beautiful home with elegant furnishings. Our suite, on the top floor, was very quiet. The breakfast was exceptional.

The night was chilly and so was our room. We did NOT complain so it’s not really the host’s fault. Sadly we did not find extra blankets.

Oh my! What a fantastic place to stay. Hosts were just incredible. The enthusiasm from them both for their local town is infectious. Very comfy room, the cookies were the best I have ever had. Breakfast is a highlight. Sitting around a table with other guests and chatting was a delight.

John was knowledgeable of history and the surrounding area. The breakfast was outstanding. This place was memorable. John and Debbie are a class act. The stay was an experience. A great experience. If you like American history, this is a must stay.The Anthonys 6.19.2023 30th Anniversary.

Each room is uniquely decorated with items appropriate for name sake. i.e. Theodore Roosevelt room decorated as a Train car. Breakfast was exceptional. Evening Wine and Snacks time give you opportunity to meet other guests and share the days experiences.
