-Amazing location -The rooms are beautiful and modern -good price

-many mosquitos at the reception -they made me climb up to the 4th floor (saying the view is better): all I could see was the building in front.. -weird smell from the bathroom during night -no English channels in the TV

Staff were absolutely great, they were super polite and friendly. When we arrived they gave us a room upgrade for free aswell. The location was also great, near a market, near monkey mountain and near the old town. Bed was comfortable.

Only thing I personally disliked was that the shower was inside a bathtub, and the water pressure was not the greatest.

Hot water didn't work properly. And there was some kinda bad odor in the hotel including the restaurant.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.

There was an issue with the shower, which wasn't rectified. We had to just make do, the sink in the bathroom also needed attention as it was falling away from the wall.

Great place to stay, friendly reception, close to shopping mall and old town. Good value for money.

There were some stains on bathroom roof, the bathroom maybe needs some cosmetic upgrades but the shower was really good!! Apart from that everything was great. Thank you so much

The staff,friendly,helpful,just great,arranged everything I needed,always with a smile. The location perfect,short walk to everything.very clean,all of Thailand so clean,one of cleanest countries I've been in.for the price couldn't ask for more , perfect.

Well,no pool,but I booked it for walking distance to old town.

Very good breakfast and the Hotel staff was the nicest and friendliest we met in whole Thailand. The room was big and the bathroom was nice as well, shampoo towels and everything you need was provided. The location is awesome just a few minutes to walk to the town and 10 minutes to the pier by taxi Scooter rent is just around the corner, same as many nice restaurants.

The bathtub was a little bit slippery, but overall very nice stay

Very nice and clean room, welcoming staff, complimentary drinking water, good location to phuket old town, good value, optional buffet breakfast for 150 Baht, stayed two nights.

Very well located near Old Phuket. We found a Indian restaurant in old Phuket in 1 km away and lot of Thai food joints around.

Perfect location if you want to explore old town and close to the bus station too.

Not enough hot water show pressure was low and missing a shower curtain
