Beautiful architecture, beautiful pools surrounded bu palm trees and plants. Food was ok, great variety and good taste. Not so many options for small kids. Room was nice, comfortable, with kitchen and all needed amenities. A bit outdated, could use a renovation.

No evening activities, only the pool var which closes at 10:00. No activities for kids. Could be nice to have the option for massage and spa for a cost. The beach of the hotel is quite far and you cannot find other options closer because they are the private beaches of other hotels.

A very nice apart-hotel with medium-sized apartments. The location is very good (not in the "first row" of hotels near the boardwalk and beach, which tends to be super noisy, but just behind that, so it's still very close to the beach - about a 5-minute walk downhill), and it has no less than 4 pools which offer diversity and the satisfaction of any sunbathing requirements we had (like shade for the sun-averse but bathing-loving tourists, or kid-friendly pools). Given the time of the year we visited (in September), the water was a bit colder than ideal (around 22 degrees celsius) but we enjoyed it thoroughly anyway. The food is not as diverse as other all-inclusive restaurants in the area, but a notch better. The hotel offered 4 meals per day: breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. I consider the stay here pleasant and can recommend the location. It lives up to its 4 star evaluation and looks as good as the photos.

The staff is probably the only annoying thing here - the cleaning crew woke me up with cleaning calls several times. They saw the key was in the lock and they couldn't open it, they rang the bell once, twice... SIX TIMES and I eventually woke up and opened the door to tell them we obviously did NOT need any cleaning. Very few of them understood English. I did NOT have access to a "do not disturb" sign. We requested a simple extra chair for the terrace and we waited 4 days for it, etc.

Fabulous food and large clean pool areas. The room was clean and comfortable

Lack of sun loungers. There are signs everywhere warning loungers cannot be reserved and towels will be removed but they never controlled this so we had nowhere to sit or lie during our stay. Very disappointing. Also the reception toilets ran out of toilet paper 4 times in one day. They need to be cleaned and checked more often.

The food was incredible delicious. The room very clean and nice. Staff very nice. We loved the swimming pools and the fact that was very close to the beach.

In the living room the couch was too small for our both kids(16 and 11 years old). But this wasn’t that bothersome, considering everything else was just fine.

The hotel is very nice with a Sumerian style architecture, 4 swimming pools and relaxation areas with vegetation, very kind staff, daily cleaning in the rooms, very good and diversified food.

Paid parking

A very nice hotel, with a unique and special design. The pools are clean and well maintained with lots of flowers and palm trees by the side, the pool bar has an exotic oriental look and the bartenders are very nice. The rooms are big enough, comfortable beds, the bathroom was clean. The food is very good and tastefull with many options to choose for every type of diet.

Some window nets would be very helpfull against the mosquitos and other insects. The parking should be free for the hotel guests. If you want a towel for the poll they ask you for a deposit. The wi fi signal it's not so good, should be improved

The food, the restaurant, location, the exterior aspect, the pool, cleaning every day.

The couch was very uncomfortable and old. At our request it was brought a mattress. Before we even checked out, the cleaners rushed us to leave the room, without checking with reception if we returned the key of the room. Not too much entertainment. Some music could have been nice at the pool area.

I LOVE the fact that even if we had 1 double bed, we had 2 blankets, 1 for each of us, so we didn't have to fight over stealing the blanket off eachother. The food was good, the room was cleaned every day, the mattress was very comfortable and the pools were perfect for cooling off. Also a special shoutout for ALEKS from the pool bar for making our stay better and more entertaining! Overall would 100% recommend.

A private beach would have been nice.

- clean room - the room was soundproof (the best I ever had) - a lot of food. Definitely a lot of choices - the pool for the kids was awesome - the staff was great - wifi connection was great - AC was powerful enough - private parking (20 bgn/day)

- their beach was too far. We didn’t even went there. We had to use the Grifid beach instead because it’s very close. 12 bgn/sunbed/day - couldn’t provide an extra pillow - late checkout wasn’t an option - they changed our towels only once in 5 days even if we left them on the floor to be changed

- very nice hotel - family friendly with loots of pools for both adults and kids - food was very diverse with something new to eat every day - close to the beach - 5 minutes walk - the apartment was pretty big and really well equipped - paid parking right in front of the hotel

- nothing significant, maybe just that the Hotel does not have a private beach and when you go to some of the beaches right in front of the hotel the people managing the beaches tell you that they can not rent you sunbeds and umbrella because the beaches are mainly for other hotels customers or if they are willing to rent you sunbeds and umbrellas they are going to rent the ones that are really far that basically hotel customers do not want.
