Perfect location for us as we were visiting family in queen's medical centre hospital, approx 2 miles away. We were unsure when our daughter would be discharged post surgery but Roomzzz reception staff were flexible and so helpful. The room had a lovely bathroom and the bed was comfy. There is a toaster, small hob and dishwasher in the kitchenette which makes it a great place to stay if you want the options of dining locally in a multitude of restaurants within walking distance or doing your own thing yourself. I will definitely return to these apartments either for leisure or if I need to visit the hospital again........thank you so much for making a difficult time just a little easier

Air con was a little temperamental

Looking back after traveling for ten days in UK and sleeping every night at different place..this was the cleanest accommodation of all. Comfortable, clean, modern. The room had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, and everything was spotlessly clean. It was spacious and comfortable. Plus, there’s coffee, tea, and other hot drinks available all day at the reception area. In the morning, you can help yourself to a croissant. There’s also a small food shop by the reception where you can buy snacks and light refreshments. Parking cost £10 per day in the hotel’s private car park, and we were allowed to leave the car there a bit longer after check-out. The staff were very kind and helpful. Great location close to the city centre.

The location and room were spot on, for what we wanted, we wanted a central location to enjoys the bars and pubs in a walking distance and as we were going to Trent Bridge for the Test match we also needed to be somewhere comfortable as well. This place ticked all those boxes and more. On arrival, slightly early, our rooms were ready so we could offload and check in straight away. There was also space in the car park which was an added bonus as well. The staff were so helpful and polite that it really made the whole trip memorable. The complimentary coffee and croissant in the morning was also a nice touch. We will definitely be back again.

There was nothing at all, during our stay, to not like and the only issue is on the second night myself and my room mate found out our key passes were not working, not sure why, but only a minor thing.

Incredible value for money. Very impressive, stylish room much better than other hotels ive spent twice the price on, large room with kitchen and fridge. Room was clean. Hotel in general looks very new. Friendly staff, good location for going out in the city.

The parking garage is shuttered and its a bit awkward having to park on double yellow lines, run into the hotel to get the garage swipe key as there is not many places to stop where this is located. The shower placement also makes water go all over the floor of the bathroom. Could do with a bathmat on the floor

Very good value for money to have a full kitchen included in a good sized comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff. Free refreshments in the lobby 24/7.

In the bathroom, it would be better to have a shower with a hose attachment rather than fixed on the wall. And the design of the shower has a glass wall which does not cover the entire length of the shower section, so water runs onto the bathroom floor, so it can get quite wet. It would be better to have a full shower door or at least a curtain. First time in Nottingham so decided to walk through the town to the location, as it's only 20 minutes walk from the station. But did not realise that it's at the top of a very steep hill, so it felt a bit like hiking to base camp by the time I got there! Nearest proper supermarket is a good 10 minutes walk away down and up the steep hill again!

The hotel is situated right in the centre close to shops and restaurants and walking distance to pretty much everything. The rooms are clean and tidy and the bed is comfortable. Having the kitchen area is always useful so you dont have to eat out every night. It is a modern hotel with everything you need for a good stay.

The lift! Its not working properly and it wasnt fixed the whole time I was there (a week). Other guest were complaining it had been like it for some time. Other than that - all good.

We were right around the corner from Rock City, where we were attending a gig. We were an easy tram journey from the rail station. We had a very comfortable nights sleep. We enjoyed our croissant and coffee for breakfast. The Shop sold a lot of the things that made our stay more pleasant.

The coffee machine in the foyer did not do decaffeinated coffee. I know that there were instant sachets to use, but you could not have a capuccino or latte. There was only one dining chair in the room for if you opted to cook yourself a meal in the room. The table was fixed to the wall and so could nor be moved over to the sofa. A folding chair tucked between the table and the window would solve the problem - or information that an additional folding dining chair could be obtained from reception. Other than that the fitments and furnishings of the room were wonderful - a lot of thought had obviously gone into the design.

Possibly the best value "standard" room I have ever stayed in in the UK. Full kitchen facilities and utensils , good sized room, quiet and clean. Walkable distance to shops and tourist areas. No restaurant or breakfast (but free croissants in lobby daily) - but guests can cook their own in the room kitchen. I would certainly recommend the Chai Yo Thai restaurant at 2 Parliament Terrace - best Thai I've had in years.

All was good but I would suggest that they supply a local map and some tourist info in the lobby. All are close but not well signposted.

Reception staff helpful and welcoming - free coffee machine during stay was great. Room was good value for money, very spacious and liked the apartment style with kitchen and good fridge (actually cold and enough room to keep drinks in). The different lighting options in the room were fun.

Air con was slow to cool the room down, didn't run whilst we were out the room so it was very hot most of the night. Due to this, we had the window open but we're woken up at 7am by building works across the road. Should hopefully be a temporary issue!

This place was amazing! The staff were so helpful & all had smiles on their faces constantly. Nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen facilities were brilliant, had everything you could need if you were cooking for yourself(I only used the kettle, coffee & milk.) Although they don't offer breakfast, which didn't bother me in the slightest, as there are plenty of delicious eateries in the city centre. What you do get each morning are free croissants & hot drinks. You can either take them back to your room or grab & go. The rooms are spacious with a large comfortable bed & a small sofa. Bathroom was clean & also extremely spacious with a lovely large shower. I asked for a quiet room and anything off ground level & I got both. Parking was £10 per night(bargain!) in their own secure underground car park, however it's on a first come first serve basis but there's a 24hr car park right next door if you need one. An extremely short walk and you're in the city centre. Great venue next door where we watched a couple of decent bands.
