The staff were very nice people who went out of their way to be accommodating. Well located property.

The shower screen should be replaced and it would be good if the blinds could be fully scrolled up for better natural light and ventilation.

The hosts were kind, friendly and very helpful. They prepared a delicious tea every day for me in late afternoon. The hotel building is old is located at the historic town. Perfect location. Walking distance from old city centre. Breakfast was continental with croissant and cakes. The towels were thin and made by cotton. Linen and bedroom were white, neat, and clean. Thank you! We recommend this hotel and we will come back to stay here but in spring and autumn. In summer Perugia is very hot and humid. Thank you!

Sorry but no air conditioning, fan or lift. In summer it is very hot because our room faced west. Sunny all afternoon. There was central cooling in the hall but the cool air was not enough to cool the bedroom. The central cooling is turned off at 10:30 pm and turned on at 7 am in the following morning. The bathroom is very small. For the breakfast, we kindly recommend to add mineral water for drinking and two slices of the local baked Italian bread. We did not see people using wheelchairs in the hotel or in the old town. Thank you!

The location was excellent, right in the centre and for a small hotel with very good prices, it is excellent. The owners were very helpful. I arrived early but my room was ready and they kept my bags for me until time to go to the airport. There was a breakfast but I didn't want one. The rooms were comfortable and I had a very good sleep, which I needed before my flight. I read that people had complaints about the air con but as I was there at the end of September, I didn't need it. I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in Perugia.

I didn't give it excellent just because it wasn't a 5 star hotel, but that wasn't what I needed. I received exactly what I needed, so no complaints at all.

I stayed at the Hotel Bonazzi the 1st night I was in Perugia and again on my last night in the city. I found the staff really helpful. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel for a few hours after I left the first time and was able to check in early for my 2nd stay. The hotel is old-fashioned but comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious. The location is very good, minutes away from the heart of the city.

There were a few stairs to climb to get to reception and the rooms.

I found this hotel excellent quality. For this price, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable room and wonderful dolci breakfast. The location is very good: walking distance from the bus station (along a route that mostly uses elevators and escalators that pass through a 16th century fortress/palace) from the lower town to the historic upper town, where the hotel is located. From the train station you can take the Minimetro from the far end of platform 1 to Pincetto station and walk from there. (If you don't have a map, you can ask for directions. People are very helpful.) There are also buses between the train station and Piazza Italia, very close to the hotel. As an added bonus, the staff are very pleasant. A good hotel all around.

Fantastic location and really great value room in Perugia. Bonazzi is walking distance from beautiful views, as well as loads of bars, cafes and restaurants. The staff were so accommodating and helped us by looking after our things on the day we checked out. The room itself was comfortable and clean and we had a great sleep on the two nights we were there! I would happily stay there again :)

Hôtel Bonazzi is a family run business and the welcome was warm and very helpful to us as a Nana and grand daughter travelling together. I thought I had lost my credit card and the owner walked with me to the police station. The location is perfect for access to Perugia centre . Breakfast is served with a smile , mainly cake but very tasty , fruit juice , coffee/ tea ( they made my grand daughter a hot chocolate 😊) soft cheese and biscottes, jams/honey and Nutella.

The parking next to the hotel is very expensive , you can drop off in the road outside and stay for an hour . The nearby car park is best to leave your car for cost.

Location was great. It was very easy to walk around the old part of the city with many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We went for the Giro d'Italia and the hotel was just half a block from the race course. We arrived in Perugia by train and took a bus to a stop just a block or so from the hotel. The people who run the hotel are very nice.

Excellent location, value for money, easy check in and check out, large room, comfy beds, good water pressure in shower, will def visit again.

The aircon duct was very small so we were warm during the night. They are experiencing uncommonly hot weather so can understand but no aircon unit in the room.

The hosts are very helpful, and the location is very good and central to all amenities.

May be the breakfast could be with more savoury and less sweets
