Beautiful to sit not he balcony and watch the waves. Apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Andy met us with the keys and was extreemly helpful, helped us carry the cases up two flights os stairs. Kitchen was lovely, great space. Also great to have a bath and a good size one, something lacking on our travels. Pool is heated and looked very tempting although I didn't get to use it. Shops are walkable, I would suggest going down to the seafront then turning right and walk along the shore rather than what I did and walked up the hill. You walk so far then turn right up the hill to get to the shops. Would love to visit again one day.

Could do with a lick of paint here and there but nothing that bothered us.

Excellent location, close to everything we could possibly need and right on the beach. We especially loved the 'local feel' of Kings Beach itself. We were greeted by the owner of Capeview, Andy, who is very friendly and helpful. Plus any of the cafe owners and Surf Club staff were very warm, fun and friendly. We also loved the ground floor apartment as we had easy access to the beach, the pool straight through our own private courtyard and the car park directly below the apartments.

It wasn't really an issue for us, but if you are driving a larger car the car parks are a bit snug.

The apartment was roomy and comfortable with a bathroom for each couple. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook at home if you were inclined to do so. We did not as there are plenty of great restaurants in the area. The view was awesome and the location perfect. The staff were great and very helpful. We would definitely come back and stay again.

There was only one issue and that was the tight parking if you have a lrg vehicle. Lucky my husband is very good at parking and he managed to inch his way in and secure the vehicle for the night. It’s definitely not enough to stop us from coming again.

The location was ideal, walk across the road to the beach and cafes, short walk to the ocean pool but dont forget the beautiful pool on the property that is in shade most of the afternoon. The unit had everything we needed for 3 nights stay. It was clean with spacious bedrooms and living areas. We'll definitely be back. Andy was very helpful and accommodating, generously offered us late check out so we didnt have to battle the long weekend rush back to Brisbane.

We're used to a king size bed, so the queen bed was rather squashy for us but after a busy day of swimming and walking around we slept well in a comfortable bed.

Great communication from the manager informing me that the unit was available a little earlier than the 2pm time slot. I was also informed where to park when I arrived. The manager carried the bags up to our unit. The location of the unit to the beach was fantastic. It provided brilliant views of the ocean and it only took 2 minutes to be in the water. The heated swimming pool was an added bonus.

Nothing major really. There was a loose toilet seat and a noisy fan in the bedroom but generally it was a great unit and "Yes" I would stay there again.

We have just checked out of our long weekend stay in the beachfront 2bedrooms unit (number 15). My family could not reccomend it enough!! Andy was amazing to talk to and welcomed us with such kindness. He took our suitcases up and told us some good eating places. We are planning to come back already! - great location - close to cafes - beach outfront - clean and tidy unit - everything you need already in unit!

Andy who was the contact, offered early check in, met us at Capeview, assisted with taking our luggage upstairs. The friendliness, helpfulness made our stay exceptional. The view was perfect and being able to lie on the sofa and listen to the waves was an unexpected joy. We were looking for somewhere to eat and Andy was full of great suggestions. When we were checking out once again he offered to assist with the cases. Said hello when we encountered him and always asked how we're going. Delightful person.

Absolutely nothing.

Spectacular view and location, very comfortable beds and great facilities in the main apartment. Private BBQ area also with spectacular view.

The BBQ area is under-utilised due to the sun pouring in in the morning and afternoon - it would be of great benefit to have some roller blinds to block out sun on both sides . Also the BBQ is terrible and very small for a 3 bedroom apartment trying to feed all the occupants.

This property is in the perfect location. The manager, Andy couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment had everything you would need and is perfectly situated for Caloundra’s beaches, some great eateries and coffee shops, bars as well as the best views, shops, the market in Bulcock St - so much!

The stairs were challenging but so very worth it

The location was wonderful, close to beach, cafes and park. The apartment was clean and comfortable on the ground floor with the pool out the back door. Large enough for 3 adults and 3 children without stepping on each other. The beds were comfortable and the outside side verandah was great place to sit with views of the ocean to enjoy a sneaky wine with some cheese.

The fact there was no wifi, but this was a minor detail.
