Low chairs in restaurant area, have to lean forward constantly to reach the table and your food… look amazing but not at all practical .. ambulances very loud all night are annoying. Meals in restaurant are ridiculously small and very expensive. Only had 1 and still felt hungry after spending 55 euros. Pillows a bit flat

Very nice and helpful staff. Pretty and comfortable hotel. Pleasant breakfast and a possibility to have dinner right at the hotel with a very nice atmosphere.

Sound isolation is terrible. Door to the bathroom didn't really close. Breakfast was a bit too expensive (15 euro). The location of the hotel is very unfortunate, because there's not enough places nearby. If you want to have a proper lunch, you would have to look for the place for a while. The laundry in the hotel is crazy expensive. And proper beach nearby is also private and pair for.

Staff service was great!! We had a really bad experience with another booking where it stated false information so had to do another reservation to the AC last minute, getting there at midnight and even at that time they did some grilled sandwiches and sent it to our rooms for my kids to eat. They were extremely nice and helpful

The rooms were spacious and very clean. There was a standard breakfast. The staff were helpful. Since we rented a car, we could easily reach the center and having a parking place was an advantage.

It said super fast internet but the internet worked so slow.

The hotel is very well located near the highway and the port. There is a supermarket next to it. Free parking. Very helpful staff: I had forgotten a shirt, called and came back 2 days later: they saved it for me. Room are very clean and spacious. Pet friendly (and there is a park next to the hotel to walk the dog).

I stayed for one night Hotel location between Genova and portofino Parking is available outside, but if you are lucky Hotel parking 15 euros per night and secure Nothing Important nearby, only if you like supermarket you can find anything you like. Location is great. Free parking. Warm welcome. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Pet friendly. There is a supermarket attached to the hotel (well, in the same lot).

Restaurant portions are super small even though the food is good. Way too pricey for what's in your plate. After the meal I ended up crossing the street to get a pizza.

Staff is friendly and helpful. We recommend the hotel restaurant on the roof- delicious food and a panoramic view.

Not guaranteed parking space in a hotel. You can park on the street if available.

Very kind reception staff, good breakfast, room was great, parking solved perfectly in garage below hotel access directly from elevator. Bus tickets directly to Genoa Brignole station and center available on reception, bus station in front of hotel. Excellent pizza takeaway on the other side of hotel.

Our room had issue with closing needed to check for closing properly. Hotel a bit far from center (arround 13 bus stops)
