I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Knot Hiroshima for six nights with my family, and I can't recommend it enough! The hotel's location is fantastic—conveniently situated near local attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. A standout feature was the rooftop bar, where you can exchange knots to enjoy refreshing drinks and snacks while taking in the stunning views of Hiroshima. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The staff at reception went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. We needed assistance with sending our luggage to the next hotel, and they handled everything smoothly and with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. Overall, The Knot Hiroshima offers a perfect blend of great service, comfort, and location. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Hiroshima. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The only downside was that breakfast wasn't included, which I didn't realize when booking. It would have been a nice addition to an otherwise fantastic stay.

Lovely hotel in perfect location for the Peace Park and museum. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Very nice staff. We also enjoyed the bar on the top floor. Great value off season -- we only paid about $65 a night.

The hotel restaurant is very popular but we had the feeling we weren't really welcome. Twice they said they didn't have room for us at dinner when most of the tables were empty. The hostess embarrassed us by telling us breakfast wasn't free with our room, and after we told her we knew that, she waved the card with the price of breakfast at us. Maybe it was a language problem.

This was the second "The Knot" hotel we stayed in on our trip, and along with the one in Shinjuku, this place well exceeded our expectations. We booked these as "budget" options, but the facilities, location, design and layout of the rooms of the hotel felt anything but cheap. We had a triple room, and although it didn't have loads and loads of space, it didn't feel cramped. The rooftop bar and reception on the 14th floor is gorgeous, and the Knot dollars given on arrival were a fun and clever way to get you to spend some time and money there. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, especially with sorting out luggage forwarding on the day we left. We didn't get the chance to sample the restaurant, for breakfast or dinner, but on Friday evening it seemed to be very popular with both tourists and locals. Location wise, if you're there as a first time tourist, you'd struggle to find a better option. The Peace Park/Museum/Dome are a short and pretty walk away down the riverside, as is the jetty to catch the boat to Miyajima. I can also recommend Okkundou Mazemen nearby for a great meal. Turn left out of the hotel doors, second left and it's on the right. All in all, an exceptionally good hotel.

Property is in a very convenient location close to Peace Memorial Park and transit. We were so impressed with the size of the room. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and English speaking. Their reception desk is on the top floor with their Bar/Lounge, it is a beautiful space and they give you credits to enjoy a drink or snack up there which we really enjoyed.

Nothing! Honestly a great location and a beautiful hotel. We hear there is only 1 coin laundry machine available for the entire hotel though, so if you’re planning on utilizing that service, you may need to exercise patience!

Incredible value for money with an awesome location! I loved the styling and vibe of the place. The reception was on the 14th floor which was different but it had an awesome view and a connected bar. The amenities were great, the room was spacious with an awesome view of the peace park. It was easy to get to from Hiroshima station with a street car stop right out the front. It was just across the road from the A-bomb museum. Cleaning services were daily and decent, although they didn’t make the bed. Two bottles of water provided daily. I loved the addition of getting 6 coins per person to spend at the bar. The ground floor restaurant (Italian cuisine with Japanese flare) was phenomenal too.

It was all amazing! But if I had to ask for one thing, I do appreciate getting the bed made daily. I also couldn’t find any tea bags.

The place is hip. There's an excellent Italian restaurant on the street's level (connected with the hotel) - we had amazing dinner there. The location was great for us - 5 minutes walk to the peace museum, and from there we took a direct fast ferry to Miyajima island and back. Staff had wonderful attitude. There's a bar on the 14th floor, its nice to chill there. Room itself was very simple, but nothing was missing. Excellent shower with very strong water pressure. Enjoyed it a lot.

The panoramic room has unobstructed city view. It can be in any of the floors, and our room was on the 7th floor (out of 13). Not very high, you can hear the tram or an occasional police siren. When you leave your luggage it is not always locked in a room, they just put mine by the bar. Not very safe. If you stay more than one night they will charge you around $21 to clean your room. That's outrageous and absolutely strange for a hotel that by all other means is a solid modern 3.5 stars.

This hotel was actually one of the best we had on our trips. The rooms were very spacious and had an amazing view (we were placed on the 12th floor). After staying in Tokyo, this was actually a huge upgrade. The hotel itself felt very luxurious, and on the 14th floor there was even a rooftop bar where you could have a drink with an amazing view. The location was very easy and convenient, the tram stops are nearby, and it is located next to two main streets and the river through the city. We also had breakfast at the hotel, which had a very good variety of buffet and stuff to order from the menu. Definitely would recommend!

Honestly can't think of something!

We had a superior twin room with panoramic view. Amazing, modern and well equipped room, very large and spacious with a small couch and window seat (!!) and enough floor space to have two suitcases open and still be able to walk easily around them. This was such a luxury after a few weeks in the standard size of (quite compact) rooms in Japan. Amazing view. Beds and pillows very comfortable. It had a separate hallway with the toilet, shower room and a space to hang jackets and being able to close the bedroom off from these parts just felt so wonderfully private. Receiving tokens to use at the rooftop bar was such a treat, very modern and cool vibe up there. Delicious sake cocktail in particular. The staff were kind and helpful and dinner at the ground floor restaurant was great (2 nights in a row!).

This is minor and only applies if you opt in to the breakfast (which we did on the morning of our checkout for the sake of convenience) - but I would say it is substantially overpriced for what you get. It would be quite easy to find as good if not better a breakfast for half the price elsewhere.

The Knot Hiroshima was in the perfect location for us, and we had a view of Peace Park to the left and the main street below. It was very easy to get to from the Hiroshima station, especially with the advice of the hotel about taking the street car, which was inexpensive (we used our Suica card on our phone) and very convenient for getting around the city. We were close to everything we wanted to see. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious enough, the view was excellent with a nice window seat to enjoy. We restaurant Morethan was good, but make reservations in advance! I would highly recommend staying here, but bring your own washcloth haha. Easy to get to Miyajima Island, which I highly recommend. I wasn't going to go, but I am so glad I did. And of course, definitely have some Okonomiyaki!

Since there is no closet, it would be nice to have more hooks on the walls. Also, we had a difficult time getting a wash cloth and they did not seem to know what it was. They only had the mesh ones that was delivered to the room. There is no phone in the room, so if you need something, you need to use the phone in the hall. Very minor things, but just to be aware.

Location was great. The triple room on the 13th floor room view was amazing. The top floor where you spend your Knot Coins are a great space to relax and have a drink while enjoying the view. We got there right on check in but had we arrived early that would be a great place to relax. I also liked the fast check out where you can drop your key card in the elevator box. Such a short walk to everything convenient and due to being there in November we got to enjoy the christmas lights nearby. There's a 7 eleven across the street and many restaurants all within walking distance. We only stayed 2 nights and were so happy with this location. Very short walk to the Peace Memorial museum and then a few minutes walk over to the A-Bomb Dome. We could also see both of these from our room.

Dad tired the breakfast and wasn't a fan. Cost $60 for him and my teen daughter and all she ate was cereal. The exo clean offered only includes towel replacement and rubbish bin replacements.
