The property is about 10-15 minutes away from downtown. It’s in a nice location and away from the congested areas. The property has parking but if the stalls are full, there is ample parking on the street.

It’s a little outdated but we weren’t planning on spending a lot of time in the room. And even though the rooms are a little outdated, it’s nice that they provided amenities like a fridge, tv, etc.

The best part of the stay was the .manager I give him an A+ 5 star rating Super friendly and well dedicated in doing a great professional job as the manager

Only complaint was one night in which a group of guests were noisy and inconsiderate to hotel rules I told the manager the next day He was not pleased to hear about that He encouraged me to call him when events like that are taking place Great to know that he is proactive I'm a police officer so I really appreciated the manager's stance on dealing with unpleasant circumstances

The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional - made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They were considerate of all my needs and special requests - early check-in even though I was not going to be in my room until later that night due to the fact that the event I was in town for (Cali Roots festival), did not allow attendees to leave the fairgrounds and be allowed back in. Additionally I was provided with the local Taxi Cab phone number and was assisted in hailing a cab to the event. And, later when I returned, I was asked if I had dropped my change purse at the front desk. After identifying it as mine, it was returned to me with contents fully intact.

I had absolutely no complaints! The staff person I had my interactions with was most professional, consistently helpful, and it was good knowing, or at least feeling, she had my best interests in mind throughout my stay.

Very clean and excellent facilities. Had a fridge, microwave and small kitchenette. Free coffee and cereal bars for breakfast.

I would have given it 10 stars if the two rooms we had booked were closer together. They were at complete opposite ends of the courtyard. Considering we booked this 12 months ago I would have thought they could have put us closer together. However, I was told I had booked two different room types through booking.com (which I hadn’t) and that’s why we weren’t together.

Friendly owner and staff. Room was clean and spacious with a fridge and microwave. Plenty of plug points with USB. Ours was an accessible room so had a walk in shower. Plenty of hot water. Little garden nearby with chairs and free parking. Easy walk into the main town.Would definitely stay here again.

There is a small but beautiful and cozy sitting area in the yard. It’s located very close to a large shopping mall of clothing stores, whole foods and close to Canary row/downtown. The room is not small. it had enough towels. Had Plug in on night stand. It was clean. Had a good size desk.

The floor shakes with other people activities! The room looks a little old, small vanity area in restroom. The bathroom needs renovation.

Manager was extremely nice, helpful and more importantly available. Booked an adjoining room, but that wasnt available at check in. Manager ended up switching some things around so we could at least have the rooms on the same floor.

Booked for family of 4 with 2 kids, wanted an adjoining room but found out when we checked in it was not possible due to this 3rd party site. Thin walls, you can hear peoples tv and conversations in other rooms.

Location to the Monterey town was walking distance. Great location to travel to LAGUNA SECEA RACEWAY. The INN was priced good even with a major event happening near by. Aways had plenty of clean towels, beds were made up everyday perfect. The shower had body soap and hair shampoo containers on the wall to use.

Could have had free breakfast with price of the room. Parking was very tight.

If you realize what you are booking you will be happy. It’s an affordable motel. The rooms are dated, the bed will sag a bit, but it’s clean, in a good location, staff is lovely, and it’s a perfect place to rest your head for a few nights.

Updated, nice facilities, pleasant and impressive surroundings; the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

There are no bedside lights, just too-bright, too-harsh ceiling fixtures. That is a significant oversight. Even a dimmer on the ceiling fixture would help.
