Wonderful Bathroom / Shower Maintenance man came when we reported that the bathroom sliding door was about to become unhinged. This was fixed almost immediately. Wife liked color scheme. Grays and white. Beds were quite comfy and could accommodate "side sleepers" like me.

Lighting was only in ceiling (downspots). No soft light option (desk light?) Everyone had to stay up or everyone had to go to bed. Bathroom fan was LOUD Large pickup trucks took up to three parking spaces. Had to park on street one night. The outside door did not seem secure.

I like the color of the doors! I liked the room, the bed was really soft and comfortable. I loved the bathroom, the walls were really pretty but my favorite part of all was the shower!! I have a really bad knee and the pain gets so bad that showering in a tub can be very painful. So I’m really happy I got a walk in shower and a room downstairs.

There’s only two things I didn’t like about the place the bed is way too tall. I’m 5’3 and I had a hard time getting on the bed. I has to do a little run and then get on it ja ja. The last two days we were there the parking lot was full. Two big trucks from like cable companies were in the front and the space was very narrow. I think it would be a better idea for those kind of trucks to park on then back of parking lot to avoid them parking and taking a side of the other parking spots.

I loved how clean it was and the bathroom was so nice. It was pet friendly and the stay was nice and quiet I didn’t hear anything other than my kids. We walked down to the beach from the hotel it’s about a 15-20min walk depending on how fast of a walker you are. They have a mini fridge which was convenient and the beds were soft and well made, had tv with Hulu access, coffee maker and coffee on the table.Thank you guys. When i return for my next vacation i will definitely be coming back☺️

The fan in the bathroom was a bit loud but nothing over the stop. Very beautiful hotel that was clean and comfortable I felt safe here.

The property wasn’t far from Monterey bay aquarium for our planned trip. The room was amazingly beautiful the way it was decorated. Communication from the front office was great. Everyone was mainly quiet that stood there.

The water when turned warm it would go extremely burning hot so warm / hot water being turned on had to be put in a specific spot for it not to heat up and come out burning hot. Also, the walls are “very thin” the people in the room next to us would blast TV loud at night and early morning so for our visit although it was a peaceful area it was disrupted by other guests and was very hard to sleep.

Great location, walkable to the Wharf, room was clean and bed comfortable, shower good. Reception was closed but manager was inside the back so we were able to get in. We overslept and had to rush out so apologies to housekeeping as we didn't empty trash or tidy like we normally would have. Car parking was enough with some outside the rooms and some off to the side of the hotel, we had ground floor so no view, but we slept ok. Room had a microwave and 5 min drive away there is a big retail park with food options so we brought back some food and heated it up.

Erm nothing really bad, was easy to find and had ample parking.

Hotel was pet friendly and that was a plus, the location was in a good area, next to a lot of local stores / restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The area was also very quiet and not too loud at night.

I didn't like that I picked a pet friendly room which was a little more higher then regular rooms so I thought that was the pet fee included and when I got there I was told I had to pay a pet fee of $45 which I was thrown off by because I thought that was why I paid more for a pet friendly room.

The location was exceptional. This location seems to be owned by a family, and they were all wonderful. They provided extra towels and made sure to meet any need I had. This isn't a major hotel chain, and I love supporting small businesses. During my stay I witnessed them doing maintenance and keeping up with the property. You can tell some recent renovations have been done, and its awesome they are pet friendly even though we did not bring one. The parking lot filled up at night and honestly didn't hear anything from any neighbors and we were on the ground floor. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure great, loved that you could connect to the smart TV, nice sized miniature fridge, full sized ironing board and nice wardrobe space. Would have liked more hangers for longer stays. Its a great location to get around in and parking was always available. If you go in with realistic expectations you'll be happy here. Its super cute and minimalistic. The room had bumps and bruises but that's expected from people traveling, it doesn't bother me but some people are...Karen's and have weird expectations. Overall, had an amazing experience and would stay here again in a heart beat if we travel back.

These are super minor, but there is a major pothole when exiting the facility. It would be a pricey fix, its easy to avoid but just have to watch for it at night. I wish there was more storage/shelving in the bathroom and in the shower for personal items. The bathroom vent probably needs replaced or deep cleaned. I wish the lights had a dimmer/more warm lighting. We usually just used the television for light. Coffee was available, just in a weird spot/no plug near it? So we didn't use it. The room itself was not what was in the photos. We didn't have a room with the wood backsplash, nor lamps, the floor was hard which I liked, but the bed was metal and we HATED IT. Whenever we hit/accidently kicked or touched it with our foot it made awfully loud sounds.

The room was clean and pretty comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the downtown. And what is great - I didn’t hear any neighbors, noise isolation was perfect in our room.

I didn’t find any critical disadvantages. Just a little minus is that to get hot water in the shower we had to wait for about 5 minutes. And the heater was unpredictable: even 68 degrees was too hot.

I like the proximity to the things I like to do out there. I like how the rooms are freshly remodeled, this was my 3rd stay and 3rd different room all of them were beautiful clean comfortable and the bathrooms are gorgeous

No continental breakfast, pool or spa, just past 2 times I was able to check in a little early this time I was turned away. Nothing major

The employer was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and nice. We called for more service of coffee and it was delivered right away. The gentleman was very nice. The cost on-line was a great price so I was worried of the safety and condition of the inn. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with my stay and would use the inn again.

There was a stain on the bed sheet.
