The location was great, 8 min drive to Cannery Row etc. The shopping center across the street has plenty of restaurant and grocery choices we had a 2 queens and fireplace room and it was plenty roomy. A nice comfy chair in the corner and a dresser next to the fireplace would have been nice. Pool, fire pit , large tables and grounds were all nice.

The pictures make the property look much nicer than they actually are. With that being said it was a very nice 3 star hotel. We would stay here again if the accommodations are $200 or less a night. The breakfast was small but did the trick. Hard boiled eggs or some peanut butter would be nice, it was just muffins, coffee, cereal, toast and juice with some brown bananas.

Location is very convenience - next to the shopping center. Parking, wifi are free. Breakfast is awesome. Room is very clean.

The air conditioner wasn’t working properly—it was giving off heat even though I had it set to 60 degrees. Since it was late at night, I didn’t want to bother anyone. I requested a late checkout because I checked in after 7 PM, but I was told the latest we could stay was until 12 PM. My son hadn’t had a chance to use the pool in the evening, and we wanted more time there, which was the main reason for requesting the extension. Overall, we had a great experience, except for the front desk staff not being very welcoming during check-in. A simple smile would have made all the difference

Location was convenient to PG, the pier, the shopping center. Lovely pool and jacuzzi, clean and heated, in full sun till 5:30 pm. Daily Breakfast, bagels, cereal, coffee, toast, oatmeal, juices, microwave and toaster and breakfast bars, yogurt on the weekend.

When staying several days, no daily cleaning service, need to call and request towels and TP from 6-11 am. Had to take out the trash ourselves but there were plenty of trash receptacles just outside the doors!

The cleanliness and location.

The bathroom bath tub is to dangerous, you might want or need to upgrade it to tiles shower only, for the safety of everyone. And most of the garbage bin has no plastic bag in it to save the dirt inside. Also if only you can add fruits, for breakfast, as well as to not put some liquid products like milk or cream in a container that can easily be opened, maybe a wall attached dispenser or secured metal/tin machine dispenser for the safety of everyone’s health. Loved the hotel, beautiful well maintained grounds, super quiet, comfortable, close to Whole Foods and other quick shopping needs. Right next to freeway onramp to Carmel. Parking included. Minutes to downtown, staff were great, room was great!

We had zero internet service the whole time, plus we were in some kind of dead zone so didn’t have cell service anywhere on the property either. Tried calling the number they gave for internet issues, it didn’t get fixed. We made it work by sitting outside on the patio where we had two bars of cell service, lol. In the grand scheme of things, we would still stay here again, it was doable, just annoying. The breakfast wasn’t hot and most had lots of sugar…but they had lots of options to choose from including fruit and bagels, so it was fine. The outdoor furniture didn’t seem like it was cleaned often, tables weren’t cleaned at all. But…Not a lot we didn’t like, these were minor inconveniences.

We come frequently we love the room and the area of the hotel and the fire place

The front desk person that works in the evening was simply horrible to the point I thought the hotel was under new management . My husband and I travel frequently to this Inn and have never felt so unwelcome when checking in. It was like she didn't want to be at work.

I’m happy on the price of our room plus with free breakfast, free parking, Spa hot tub, swimming pool although it’s outdoor, they provided 2 white bathrobes,2 slippers. We enjoyed the pool before we left.I like their breakfast.It has variety of choices. The location is not a walking distance in Monterey Bay aquarium.we drove and pay parking.over all I’m very satisfied and happy to recommended it to my friends.

Location.it would be better if this is a walking distance to Monterey Bay aquarium.

I like the location was great , the cleanness is good , love the style of decor in the hotel rooms. I was very impressed and glad that I got the deluxe room. I was very satisfied, and I will definitely be booking this place again in the future.

Parking is first come first serve but I can understand and how the parking was to tight in the space parking , Breakfast was okay

Got the king room with the spa tub and it was very spacious and clean! Loved how quiet it was and parking was no issue. Comfy beds as well!

Our keycards got demagnetized by being in my boyfriend’s pocket with his wallet and phone. Didn’t know that could happen and not the hotel’s fault. They were very kind and gave us replacements!

We were upgraded to a town house King room upstairs and Queen Murphy bed downstairs with fireplace for our overnight stay. The pool was heated and very clean for a morning swim. A nice continental breakfast to start our day! The room had all the amenities even a robe and slippers to wear to the pool.

Was disappointed that the spa was not hot, pool was warmer, the spa looked cloudy and needed cleaning.
