The accommodations were way more than I expected it had everything that we needed and it was conveniently located to the fisherman's wharf where we had booked a fishing trip and all the accommodations were more than enough we couldn't ask for anything more and the staff was very friendly

The facility does need maybe an elevator because carrying the baggage of flight to stairs is a little hard especially if you can't get a ground floor room so maybe an easier way to get to the top floors would be an improvement

The staff and everybody that worked there were extremely nice. Very accommodating very friendly they welcomed me as if they were welcoming into their home definitely would love to go stay there again. Beautiful rooms huge that room with bathtub very nice considering yes they're hot tub is not working but that's okay thank you to Red Lion Inn for being so nice to me!

The room was nice with everything we needed like a hairdryer, fridge, microwave, cable tv, ice machine, AC, snack machines nearby, and coffee maker in the room. They set us up on the third floor which was awesome! It was a bonus that there was a gas station right up front. The shopping center is across the street. It was also nice driving downhill to the wharf and beach. You get a great view of the ocean.

I didn't like that there was no breakfast and the restaurant wasn't open. I know there was.no breakfast because of the rise in covid cases again. We did get an email prior to our trip to notify us of this. There were some homeless people around there, but they didn't bother us like the ones at the wharf.

It was conveniently located within close distance to the Aquarium, 17 mile drive, Carmel, Pacific Grove, Fishermans wharf!

Room wasn’t ready upon 3pm arrival. Returned later to check in and the room smelled of cigar smoke, windows were open trying to air it out. Pool wasn’t heated for spring break week! Short staffed to have rooms ready for check in time of 3 pm.

We had an overnight stay at the hotel during our visit to Monterey. The receptionist was friendly and took the time to explore all the available options, suggesting the ones that best suited our preferences. The spacious room with a double bed comfortably accommodated all of us.

I didn't anticipate breakfast, but they offered the option, and whatever they had was gone by 9 am.

Centrally Located, easy access to hwy 1 north or south, 8 minutes to Pacific Grove, 6 min to Target, Ross, Sand City.

Hot tub was drained, needs to be fixed! Pool was open but not heated warm enough to even use! It was icy cold! I Really wanted to go swimming esp. since the weather was so nice the entire week!

Location,price,pet friendly,room size, beds r a little squeaky but we're comfy.

The night lady was rude it seemed like we were bothering her. But the morning staff was very polite n helpful

It was very close to the airport and quiet around the area

In my room the AC didn’t work at all. For me it was too cold and i couldn’t turn on the heater for this.

Our stay was excellent. We didn't have a remote for the TV. The staff at the front desk said she couldn't get a person to deliver the remote control until the next day

I didn't like the housekeeper knocking on my door before checkout time. He knocked on my door at 10:40AM

Good convenient location, good amenities, cleaned up nice. Mattress was basic but otherwise a great value.

Mattress is basic, bring your own pillows.
