No breakfast available. Location was beautiful and quiet. We walked with our backpacks and wheelie bag from the Ferry. The balcony was large and private on the top floor with an amazing ocean view. The pools were clean and in great shape. I didn't go into ocean there because of the risk of undertow. My room was in the more angular building not in the one with the lobby or palapa like coverings. My room was large clean updated with a nice large bathroom. No elevator. Watch your head as you go up the stairs.

I wish the hotel cleaned up the seaweed while we were there. I wish the staff was a little more welcoming like all the other hotels in Tulum and Cozumel. It would have been nice to be given some suggestions on activities or restaurants.

The property is in a great location, close to Playa Norte and Hidalgo - the main street with shops and restaurants. They have a couple of pools but the main one was clean and overlooks the Caribbean Sea. Our room was clean and well equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, safe, iron, hair dryer and toiletries. There was a water garrafón right outside our room for drinking and refilling bottles. The staff were very friendly. And finally they have free wifi.

Nothing!

Hotel is in a beautiful location, beach lovely. Watching the turtles at night was the most amazing part of my trip!

Initial check in; we were taken to a room on the 4th floor, up many different flight of stairs, different building, I had booked the room I saw on website which was on ground floor. The 4th floor apartment was pretty bad, no view, no balcony and not worth the price. But the hotel then gave us the apt I initally booked for the first 7 nights, ground floor and beautiful. Overall ended up being really good.

The location is amazing with the best beach we saw on the island. Turtles came to lay eggs every night on the beach right in front of the hotel and they make sure to place red lights in that area to not scare them - big ups. The room was clean and big, and we had a water cooler right outside the room which was very comfortable.

The wifi didnt work good (not at all by the pool). We had lots of stairs to the room which made it hard with the luggage, but the staff did help out with that as much as they could. The staff barely spoke English.

We had a nice stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property is peaceful and quiet — a rare find. One of the best parts was how close it is to what’s arguably the nicest beach on the island, just steps away.

A few things to keep in mind: the hotel is located on the wilder side of the ocean, so it tends to be quite windy, with strong waves. During our stay, the beach was fully covered in seaweed, which unfortunately made it nearly impossible to walk into the water. The shower and jacuzzi faucets were also a bit tricky — it took us a while to figure out how to get the water running and adjust the temperature properly. Lastly, while the AC cools the room well, the sheets provided are extremely thin. I ended up catching a cold just from leaving the air on overnight. It would be helpful if thicker blankets were available as an option.

It's all about the location. Beautiful grounds and you can be in the pool and look at the waves in the ocean. It's quiet but right near all the restaurants and Norte beach. Just perfect! We have stayed here twice and will stay there again next year. I highly recommend this place. You can really enjoy the ocean views because the beach isn't crowded like it is on Playa Norte and when you want to swim in the ocean, all you have to do is go on a short walk around the rocks and you're right on Norte beach.

There aren't many pool/beach chairs and the a lot of the beach chairs are broken and uncomfortable. But we weren't sitting down long as we spent most of the time in the water.

Very close to downtown Isla Mujeres, about a block or two from Miguel Hidalgo Market street where all the restaurants, bars and shops are. The beautiful Playa Norte is also just a stone throw away from the hotel which was a bin plus for us. The pools were clean and the main pool has an incredible view of the ocean.

Very clean. Tucked away from the noise of downtown but not too far either. Just right. The rooms are spacious and clean. The AC works wonders after being out in the hot Sun.

E wetting was excellent. The location is perfect for the ocean views and sunrises and a short walk around the point to watch the most spectacular sunsets.

That I was charged by the property for Tuesday-Tuesday because they said they did not accept third party reservation and had to give them a credit card even though I had my confirmation number with me. I am not sure yet if I have been charged twice for this hotel. That I am not happy about at all.

Very cute hotel off the main path but a great location; loved the hammock and small pool outside of our room and also loved the main pool overlooking the ocean. Large rooms with fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to the popular Hidalgo street and the beautiful North Beach.

Really need to have bottled water readily available even if we have to purchase it. Maybe just have a vending machine with beverages and snacks. They provided one water dispenser in the conference room which was not super convenient. Beds were very firm with scratchy sheets and hard pillows.

The staff is very friendly and I enjoyed that they have large filtered water stations throughout the hotel to eliminate plastic bottle waste and provide plenty of water to their guests. I even left my pillow on the last stay and they were able to return it upon my next visit! It has a residential feel, very relaxed and accommodating. It has very hot water, which is nice! They really protect your belongings when you are there if left in lobby or on the grounds. Loved the outdoor terrace and jacuzzi tub! I look forward to staying again soon as I have now stayed twice.

The beds are a bit uncomfortable and made it hard to get quality sleep. There were some electrical issues on the outdoor patio due to the humidity and after Beryl, so just be a bit careful to not stand in water to turn on any outside switches.
