Charming boutique hotel in Cancun Centro. Very friendly staff. Free parking on premises was appreciated and also nice that they have an on-site restaurant/pizzeria. I did not try the buffet breakfast. Jacuzzi in the room is nice for a romantic evening and the bed was comfortable.

There was no desk in the room in which I stayed, nor any place to put one. I should’ve checked more carefully when booking. Also in the morning I was awakened by traffic noise.

The room was a decent size with two double beds and aircon. The hotel was quiet and staff were polite and helpful. The pool was a nice touch during the heat of the day. I was able to walk to the more commercial area quite comfortably within about 20 minutes and also the ado bus station was located fairly nearby however I recommend using a cab to get there if you have luggage or children. When sat by the pool I was offered food and drink by a member of staff so they are attentive to their guests.

The shower in my room had a window linked directly to an outside shower which was slightly strange. There were unfortunately a couple mosquitos squished into the shower walls when I arrived. A small negative however in a hotel that I did throughly enjoy

I arrivee very late after my flight was super late-after midnight. I was exhausted, cranky and in terrible mood. The guy at the reception was actually very nice and patient. Please note the price does not include the 15% tax and tourist tax. I put up a fight that the price I need to pay is less than he gave me. For some reason; this came up on my receipt in a couple days (or I was too tired to see the small print). The room i booked waa huge, had AC and a good bathroom. I had all I needed. It also had blinds if u needed them.

Do not have too high of expectations of the breakfast.

The reception staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable, the lighting was cool and the idea of the private spa was great.

The shower was TERRIBLE, with hardly any water coming out of it and in all directions! I couldn't lock the door to the balcony.

I liked the most the staff, who was super kind and friendly. They have a 24h reception which is very good to have. Also, they try to help in any ways. Everybody makes you feel very loved. In particular, the people working in the kitchen. They were great!

I did not like that the bathroom was not separate. There was no privacy. There was only a small door but the toilet is in the room. The windows were not isolated, therew as always a small spot left open because it dis not work. The jacuzzi was not working properly and the bed was not 100% clean. Some facilities were missing like a small trash basket in the room or the wc brush.

Hotel was very clean. A lot of local places to eat or get coffee, but the hotel offers really good breakfast & on weekends they also serve dinner. We ordered a hawaiian pizza and it was made right there fresh on the spot. Everything was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Its perfect for kids also. Pool is clean!

Everything was good, Except of the fact that mistakenly i reserved 2 rooms instead of 1, I wrote a request for refund to booking and didnt get any answer! We didn’t use the second room at all

Quiet, small, nice hotel with a lovely swimming pool. We got good recommendations for dinner in the area, as we were not really in a touristic area. Staff very nice.

The connection didn't went so good, we ordered a shuttle to the hotel over Booking.com, but we could not get in contact with the reception of the hotel and nobody was there to pick us up. But at the end we solved the problem.

Hotel was easy to find, room was clean and nice, the same is for bathroom. Big plus for very silent air conditioning. Staff was friendly. Hotel environment in general was calm and quiet during our stay.

Included breakfast is a bit poor. For better breakfast You must pay extra money. And the paid amount also included "all taxes and charges," but at the reception desk they wanted us to pay another tax. It was only 30MXN, but it's about the principle.. The price was stated before payment and there was no info about any other tax.

We booked the room with jacuzzi and the entire room was fantastic with balcony, good lighting, TV worked properly. The staff was very accomodating too, they gave us some breakfast things as we had an early excursion the next day.
