This resort is located at the best spot in Isla Mujeres (playa norte). The villa has a breathtaking ocean view and easy access to the beach. Some people from the staff are really nice and treat you really well (some waiters and waitresses and the hardworking cleaning and maintenance workers). The food was also really good, the buffet is not the largest, but had everything we were looking for.

The whole Mia Club experience was poor, in my opinion. At the moment you set foot in the hotel, they will offer you some discounts on some hotel activities in exchange for your participation in a “quick” meeting to present you their time sharing club. Mine took around 2 and a half hours and was pretty frustrating for both me and the sales team. I left there not even wanting to use the discounts they gave me so stressful it was. They should urgently change their approach regarding this.

We had a wonderful time! We absolutely loved the beach, and my teenage daughter spent hours enjoying the sea. The food was great, and we made a reservation at one of the on-site restaurants, which turned out to be excellent. What we appreciated most about the hotel was that it wasn’t crowded — it was peaceful and quiet, just the way we like it. The staff were all very friendly and always willing to help. We would definitely book again!

Located in Isla Mujeres, the location was just great. the beach was one of the best i have seen. The staff were also very friendly. The structure and color of the hotel were also unique.

Nothing much, there were just some construction/renovation going on that time which kinda affected the aesthetics of the place but other than that, really got nothing.

The crystal blue shallow waters are gorgeous, and it brings so much peace and relaxation. The views of the ocean are incredible so it’s impossible to not take great photos. The all inclusive buffet is great! Food is delicious and they’re many options to choose from. The Spa Mia is a must! I got a massage on the beach and it was the best thing I did for my stay here.

The only thing I could say bad about the property is the birds, other than that, everything is great!

The lagoon was the best. Perfect and clear shallow water. The place is intimate and not too crowded. Food is simple but after staying in Cancun I do not take fresh sea food for granted. Great selection of grilled fish and sea food tacos. The Mexican restaurant was creative and interesting. It was just paradise.

Finishing is not wow. Needs some paint and work to really be a luxury resort but that is really nothing compared to the great scenery and beach they have. Small stuff like steps to the water are falling apart.

The welcoming Staff ! It's nice to see people enjoying what they do. Location and cleanliness was superb. The food was delicious and non stop, as was the alcohol. Some of the best drinks ever ! The swimming pool was always clean along with the bar. I can't even express how beautiful the beach is . Special thanks again to your Staff. See you next year !!!

I didn't get what I payed for ! I payed for a King bed with a deluxe room. What I received was a Queen bed next to my daughter's room for $1000.00's more. The front desk promised me on that Wednesday they would move me to another room. Never happened !

The location is spectacular overlooking the most beautiful beach on Isla Mujeres with several beach clubs nearby. The hotel itself is clean and agreeable if a little dated. The hotel restaurants are okay rather than great, however there are many great restaurants just a short walk into town.

The facilities are basic, the hotel services could be improved and so could the restaurants.

The essence of this hotel revolves around its prime location. Situated on a small island connected to Isla Mujeres by a bridge, it offers breathtaking beaches, stunning sunsets, and crystal-clear waters. The dinner offered delicious food, and a must-visit spot is the chevicheria.

I had higher expectations for the service at the bars, as well as for the quality of spirits given the price we paid.

The location of this property is everything. I have never stayed this close to the ocean. Friendly staff. Lovely bartenders. Buffet food is good.

I see a lot of complaints about the rooms but you are going to see some water damage being that close to the ocean. Some may want to avoid the timeshare pitch.

The resort itself was nice ! The zargazo was bad though

Smell of bird shit all over the first villas and noise of birds and the facility tour to become a member, are closed on saturdays meaning the resort has to adjust to our times not us travelors adjust to theirs !
