Good stay in Hem ! Near everything ( restaurant, walking street, bridge, city central, especially beach ). Not far away from airport ( 10 mins ). Swimming pool is relax and chill.

That was a perfect choice in my trip. I had a great memory in this hotel. The room looks bigger than images. comfortable and clean. The staff are attentive and friendly, always willing to help. Especially, Thanks Ms. Thy, she helped me a lot. I'd like to recommend this hotel to anyone who have a plan to visit Da Nang !

The location of the hotel is fantastic, it is not located on the main road which is noisy. It is near the beach and close to many seafood eateries. The room is clean and the staff speak good english which made iteasy to communicate for check in and services such as taxi bookings. The building is very modern and the pool overlooks the city which is nice.

Temporary issue is that the building next to the hotel is under construction which blocks the road access and is noisy during the day. However, construction only happens after 9.30 so it did not really affect sleep. Should be good once the building is complete

The second room my parents staying. They helped us arrange those same floor. It's good for us to take care of them. Near many restaurants, mart, ....

I book one night for trial stay and then i decided to stay more 2 weeks. I was impressed by their architecture ( it's unique - think so ). Besides, the breakfast is delicious and this is the first time i try Dimsum. One special thing, they have a Spa service ( including steam ) in their hotel. This is a boutique but full amenities i need.

I think they could provide more games. Now just a foosball. It's wonderful to have a PS4.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hem Hotel. The room was very cosy and clean. All amenities were were useful (big fridge, kitchen, etc.). All team members were so nice, friendly and helpful making it easy to feel homy. I want to say thank you to everyone. I had so much fun chatting with Tam, learning abt Danang, Vietnamese Culture and many things more. Thanks for answering my neverending questions :D The breakfast was very cute and tasty offering a good variety of food and coffee. Thanks here especially to Anne who explained me how the tasty coffee was being made. The sweet Vietnamese ice coffee was soooo good too :-) Also thanks to Kim, Hien, Than and Duyen. You very very helpful and nice and made my stay very enjoyable. If I come back to Danang, I will stay at The Hem again, that‘s for sure :-)

I stayed for an entire month at this hotel. The hotel is exactly as described, AC works, hot water stays hot, four pillows plus a comforter which is always a nice plus. The staff are nice and helpful, and even though the breakfast is the same every single day, there is a big selection. The kitchen lacks equipment but you can easily buy what you need for $30 USD if needed.

It is located next to a construction site. I wish they had told me when I booked. Instead, I saw reviews about it (after we paid in full) and requested a quiet room. Even with a white noise machine and earplugs, it was not quiet. Construction goes on 7 days a week, as early as 5:30 am, and ends as late as 7 pm. Every. Single. Day. Honestly, it was unbearably loud during the day, and being woken up by beeping trucks and a single guy with a hammer (even on the weekends) was extremely annoying. The property and staff are nice so I hope the construction ends soon as I would stay here again, without the noise.

Our stay at the HEM Hotel was very comfortable. The two ladies at the reception, Alex and Tam, were extremely polite and friendly to us. They helped with any issue, wether it concerned road trips or any other organizational issue. You really could feel, that you matter to them. They indeed gave our entire stay this personal note! The rooms were as descibered on booking.com and were very clean and comfortable. We had a lot of space for us and it was also quiet inside. You neither couldn’t hear other hotel rooms or any noticeable noise from outside. The pool area was nicely kept with a small inside area. Unfortunately there was no service offered at the hotel roof were the pool is located, but we also didn’t moved to asked for it. So it might be there but from our experience we couldn’t tell. Altogether the Experience at the Hem was great and I would definitely go there again since its staff was great, the Hotel building is nicely kept and the location in Da Nang is absolutely advantageous to go to any occasion!

We loved our stay here! It was nice to have a spacious room whilst travelling. Really comfy beds, good air con and hot water. Roof top pool was nice, only two sunbeds but was very rarely used. About 10 min walk to the beach Staff here are so lovely! Great to have a free washer dryer too We didn’t eat breakfast so cannot comment on this

As stated in previous reviews construction is going ahead on the same street, so this is noisy. Not sure if one day something was being painted but the smell made its way into the hotel which wasn’t nice. The noise didn’t bother us really so if you can cope with abit of noise don’t let this put you off

The staff at this hotel are exceptional and will respond to all requests promptly and efficiently. A big thank you to Ha and Thinh who made our stay just so much better!
