Room was big and the room layout was good. Large windows with light-proof curtains. Had celling light and did not only rely on lamps at night for lighting. Hot water in shower came out fast. The staff gave clear and detail direction when checking in. Many TV channels. The breakfast has hot drinking water. Free parking in parking lot. Had pool available at this season. The hotel's location was close to many shopping and dining options.

The hair dryer in my room was not working. The hotel was pretty old. The towels, despite clean, seemed a little bit worn out. The vending machine only took $1 bill and coins and ran out of bottled water that night. I had to go to first floor to buy water, and even some of the rows in that machine was not available. The breakfast had limited items. The scramble (?) eggs were pre-made and very salty.

This little hotel was spotless. The beds were super comfortable, which is a huge deal for me, because I usually end up with a backache from hotel beds. This was great, I slept really well. There's no elevator with a 2 floor hotel and I had a lot of luggage. So danny, the front desk person when I arrived, just offered to rebook me a different room.On the main floor so I didn't have to try and drag that upstair, that was awesome! The price was super inexpensive, and they even picked me up with a shuttle at the airport. The complimentary breakfast had multiple options and was very good. The room was spotless, and it had everything I needed. They even had a little embossed seal on the toilet paper roll to let you know that it was new. I've never seen that before in any hotel. Great little attention to detail that made me smile. I was very impressed with this hotel - very well run. Two thumbs way up! 😄 I would highly recommend it!

Not having an elevator is a bit of a bummer, but it didn't affect me at all because they booked me a room the first floor. 😄

Had a great stay at this hotel! It’s in a quiet location, which was perfect for relaxing, just a short walk to plenty of great restaurants—super convenient without being in the middle of all the noise. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-kept. I slept comfortably at night. The continental breakfast was a nice touch in the morning, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a really comfortable and easy experience. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful spot close to everything.

I loved everything about the place that Jacuzzi was way nice The pool was nice and cool The breakfast was delicious The rooms were a spotless The bed was super comfortable The shower was nice Nice towels and join my stay completely I like I like the shampoo and the conditioner in the in the shower

The only thing I didn't like is when I first bought the room I asked if I could get a downstairs room closest to the pool I bought my my room a couple months in advance and I thought that I could have had that but I but they never they didn't give it to me

Great value for the money. Every employee was kind, courteous and made sure I was taken care of. It was nice to be met with freshly prepared cookies! The room was spacious and had every amenity. (Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, large screen TV with full channel options, large work desk, USB ports in various locations. I was so impressed I went down to the front desk and asked if this was a standard king or an upgrade. Apparently, all the kings were so appointed. My shuttle driver to the airport was timely, courteous and helpful.

The hotel was right off the interstate. It was clean and quiet.

I did not like that my room was in a separate building where I was instructed to park in the back. It was isolated even though I was close to the entrance to the building. It was a separate building away from where the breakfast was being served. I did not see lights in the parking area. I was concerned traveling alone and leaving my car behind a separate building with only 2 other cars parked back there. It was creepy.

Staff at check in were super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Well insulated building, not a lot of outside noise. Great shower, good bed. Nice that there is a pool (outside) and indoor spa area. Included breakfast and airport shuttle nice perks.

We were on the second floor and there is no elevator. We tend to pack heavy so got a nice workout hiking our stuff up the stairs. Hot water handle in the bathroom sink fell off with first use, but was easily screwed back on.

I forgot to ask to not be next to their laundry room so that was my fault but they did laundry around noon. Breakfast is always good waffles eggs sausage etc, very nice and clean. They put us on the main floor in main building and was much nicer than some of the other rooms I stayed in. Staff very nice when you need to change a towel etc and the best part the help seemed very happy. I am sensitive to employees liking their work environment.

Someone spilled a pop on the floor and it was missed in clean up but wasnt sticky. I didnt bother staff over it. They placed a loud family next to us but it wouldnt stop me from using this hotel over and over again.

I can't fault this stay one bit! My wife and I stayed here the night before we flew to Australia with so much luggage. The staff put us in a room close to the guest laundry, ground floor, spa, and sauna. We also utilised the airport shuttle the next day. Plus we got a breakfast before leaving. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. We had a really nice relaxing and smooth transit to a big trip for us. 10/10!

Nothing we didn't like.

This is the second time we have stayed at the motel. The room was great, though a room on the first floor might have been nice. The only complaint I had was the room was too warm and the heater gave too loud. After I turned the heat off the fan was enough to keep us comfortable for the night. Breakfast was very good.

As I mentioned, the loud heater was an issue. The steep stairs were uncomfortable, but not unmanageable.
