The location of the hotel is perfect, lots of bars and restaurants close by and the Basilica which is fantastic can be seen up close from the rooftop of the hotel. Our room was a great size, the bathroom was lovely and it was very quiet. Breakfast at the hotel was good, a lot of choice of hot and cold food. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. A great bonus is the complementary wine and cheese offered between 4 and 6pm every day, this was a great way to start the evening. The spa was lovely, small but very quiet and a great hot tub.

The only thing that could have been better was the coffee.

Everything! Every single detail was thought over and perfected. The room was amazing, we were upgraded for free probably due to the off-season timing of our trip which was very generous, the staff are so nice and professional, the breakfast is amazing - both the bouffe and orders. The spa is breathtaking - it was the highlight of every day to relax after a long day of walking, enjoying the jacuzzi, steam room and hot sauna. Then relaxing with the music always playing. The hotel music theme was very enjoyable, the cheese and wine from 16:00-18:00 is amazing - the live music is very nice and the wines and tasty cheeses are really great. The skybar is beautiful especially at night when the entire city is lit up, great food and cocktails. Seriously the best hotel I've ever been too, and I am so greatful for the experience. For anyone that is thinking if to book it or not - do it. You won't regret.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Our stay was cut short due to electricity outage at Heathrow. We arrived a day late and the staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. We loved the musical theme of the property…we stayed in Stravinsky…a beautiful room with everything that you could need. The hotel is located very close to St Stephen’s basilica on a road that has a retractable bollard which one of the taxi’s we used found challenging! From the airport we took the 100E bus and it’s only a 5 minute walk from Deak Tér where the bus terminates. There was a complimentary wine and cheese event at about 5-00pm with singer accompanied by piano…excellent. Breakfast was very good. When we return to Budapest I will definitely stay at the Aria again

This is my 3rd time I choose this hotel I feel comfortable with Rooms they are spacious, facilities of hotels , Spa, bar, restaurant and breakfast are good. And most important the staff is the face of this hotel.

2 Staff members (male wearing white shirts) during breakfast at approximately 9:15 26-12- in the morning before I check out I was at breakfast. It’s better to get other staff members who are more professional. They talk too much about own private matters too each other. I don’t want to hear during my breakfast unfortunately I observe waited if they are realizing there behaviors. They are representing the hotel at a different class. I am glad I’m not responsible for what I observe, this question asked me what I didn’t like about the property. I don’t like what I experience.

We loved everything here: the vibe when you walk in, the musical theme that plays throughout, and the welcoming staff not just at the front desk but in the restaurant for breakfast, Matthew and Jason looked after us each morning, and they were great, the staff on the rooftop, remembering your drinks and getting them for you, everything about this place was great and is a definite 5-star hotel, close to some great restaurants including bestia which was also awesome!! I short would 100% stay here again if in Budapest. A note on Budapest itself was its a beautiful, clean and well looked after city that really surprised me, we were only here to start a river cruise but would visit for sure.

What a fantastic hotel! Conveniently located 30 seconds walk from St Stephens Basilica and within easy reach of the Danube river and the Elizabeth Bridge. The staff are exceptional and really looked after us. Nothing was too much for them. We even requested firmer pillows which were delivered promptly. The hotel itself is stunning and musically themed. We loved chilling out in the late afternoon after a hard days sightseeing with a glass of wine, cheese and live music - a perfect way to get setup for an evening out. Breakfast was also great. An intimate boutiquey experience with a personal touch unlike the big corporate chains. The High Note SkyBar was also great to have as part of the hotel but do remember to book ahead.

Location was amazing! Most touristy spots were walking distance. The staff were so welcoming! Shout out to Jason from breakfast buffet service! He made sure we had a great breakfast! Speaking of breakfast, the buffet and made to order food selection was excellent! One of the best buffet breakfast we had! The room was spacious.

The air conditioning in our room (511) was a little warm. We were in the Jazz wing and sometimes the elevator is busy going up and down because the Sky Bar is in the same wing.

What a fantastic hotel! They way exceeded our expectations - amazing breakfast, superbly located with the walking distance to the city center and 15min walk to Buda; happy hours for "cheese & wine" dining + music entertainment, variety of music selection in the room & and hotel library. This was a special event for our family and the staff made unexpectedly complimentary treatments for us, that overachieved our expectation. Rooftop bar shall be mentioned here too - just amazing with a wonderful view of St. Basilica. We will certainly return!

Very comfortable, sizeable and quiet room. Well appointed, with excellent digital services available (music library, streaming services etc). Happy hour (2 hours!) is a great value add on, with very attentive staff. Rooms look into the atrium and music garden which is very peaceful. Use the Bolt app (like Uber) for instant Taxi booking.

The attitude of the Sky Bar staff can be somewhat cold, despite booking weeks in advance, we were told no tables outside were available, despite seeing many empty ones. Save your money and make the most of happy hour and spend £12 in the Basillica opposite for far superior views.

We had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. The service was great. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, and they were able to cater for a vegetarian diet for the hot cooked options. Reception staff were super helpful for tips on where to go and places to eat. Rooms and bathroom were clean and spacious. Afternoon with live music was a brilliant treat, relaxing and felt extra special. Location is excellent, can pretty much walk everywhere and public transport links were also really close.
