Loved the location. Loved the reception - people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious - our favorite one during our 14 day stay in Europe. Loved having 3 bedrooms. Lots of privacy. Loved the air conditioning - the only place to have it during our travels. Great, updated bathrooms. Enjoyed having 2 bathrooms. Good size rooms and kitchen area.

A little run down. Could use a fresh coat of paint. Didn't like the pull out couch. They are never comfortable. The profile pic needs to be updated. If the profile pic is of the terrace, it is not an honest representation. The doors are locked to the top of the building. The picture is deceiving.

The apartment was in an excellent location, on La Ramblas directly opposite Placa Reial. There were plenty of windows to open and look out onto the main street which we loved, although some might find it noisy. Especially on a Saturday night! The apartment had enough space and was equipped with pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Communication about our stay and checking in was brilliant. On our last day, we went to the hostel to leave our bags securely and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Thank you!

The stairs! Our apartment was on the 5th floor and with no lift, it was a lot of stairs to go up and down. We were also missing a few towels and pillows as we had 7 guests, but we never asked for anymore. I'm sure, had we asked, this would have been resolved. We just made do. We also could not get the air conditioning to work. The unit looked quite old, but again we did not question this. Maybe there would have been a way of switching it on if we had asked. Luckily, we didn't really need it.

Central location which was ideal to get to the beach and metro to explore the city. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed, simple but had everything and good value for money.

The only negative is we were on the top floor and there’s no lift, around 6 flights of stairs which is hard work in 30 degree heat. Air con could have been better as was very weak in the main dining area. No air con in the single bedroom.

Apartment was good! We staid only for one night, so I can't comment on kitchen facilities as we didn't use it much. Rooms were good, clean, 3 bedroom apartment was located on the 4th floor. Yes I agree if you have much suitcases that can be tricky! But not our case. Apartment has big French balcony windows overlooking La Rambla, so pls note that it is noisy place to sleep, if you look for good rest it is not for you, but if you look for very central place, than this is for sure!

The reason I wouldn't go there again, is that keys need to be picked up in the corner hostel, not far, around 150m, but that was so "sad" place, that after visiting this hostel for 15-20 min which took me to check in, I had a feeling i need a shower, so I decided not to return there to check out and leave key cards in the apartment. If host could figure out nicer place or way to check in I'm sure the apartment would receive much better reviews! As I mentioned apartment is noisy, not only street noise, but you can hear neighbors are also well heard, as all apartments around are rented out, the parties are with 90% guarantee!

The properly was so central. The check in was super easy and the staff at check in were so helpful. We were even left a bottle of wine and some sweets in the apartment!

The showers were quite run down and needed some TLC.

Nice appartement close to the city centre. Rooms have air conditioner. Appartement what we rented was on the 4th floor, so it was almost quite also with just open window in Friday evening. Nice size livingroom table - suitable for at least 8 persons. Out from the appartement - everything is close!!!

There was no proper cutting knife in the kitchen. We needed to manage with a regular table knife.

Very central great location to metro shops etc very noisy and busy at ngt but it does look out over the main street Ramblas so what do you expect. So not advisable for young families nobody got much sleep, no lift so lots of steps to walk up but we managed ok. Clean comfy no complaints about the appt. Good spot 👌 lovely Brazilian guy on reception friendly 👏

The location is great, the views are beautiful. There is air conditioning. Staff was good

The apartment is located on the last 6th floor, there is no elevator, we were with a lot of things, we had heavy suitcases, it was difficult to lift them up and down. Need blankets, there weren't any there

The apartment had such a wonderful Barcelona charm. It was in a location close to many attractions and the metro. It was great that we had so much space for our family of 5.

The floor is not level and takes some time getting use to. We were also on the 5th floor, no elevator. This is fine for young people, but I would not recommend for people who are older or have mobility issues.

Apartment was clean and well equipped. Fantastic location on las ramblas so be prepared for a bit of noise but the double glazing dampened it a lot. Have to say the showers in both bathrooms were fab!

Be prepared for stairs we were on 5th floor which I didn't mind but if you have any issues climbing lots of stairs maybe not for you.
