The ensuite studio had incredible views and access to a beautifully maintained garden. We loved walking barefoot on the lawn, breathing in the fresh air, and admiring the stunning views of the mountains and autumn trees. It was a peaceful paradise! The room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The bed was large, the linens were fresh, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. We especially loved the local skincare and shampoo brand—it was a thoughtful touch, and the products were high quality and felt luxurious. We would definitely stay here again. Excellent! My family was very satisfied as soon as we entered the room. Each room had great natural lighting and beautiful views. Most importantly, they were very spacious. The kitchen was also well-equipped, making it ideal for cooking. Additionally, there was a laundry room for washing clothes and ample space for drying them. We truly appreciated the front desk staff lending us clothespins—their kindness left a lasting impression on us and was one of the main reasons this place stood out.

It’s a bit far from the city center, requiring a car to get around. However, since this is a motel, that’s expected and doesn’t pose an issue.

Spacious, clean,comfortable cabin with amenities for cooking and laundry. Quiet location with fantastic views of mountains and lake. Parking right at the front door to the cabin. Fresh milk available from the office which also has a fridge with soft drinks and water that can be purchased. On arrival you are given a map of the park and shown how to get to your cabin plus points of interest I.e spa for hire,laundry, children's playground etc. You are also given a map of the Wanaka area with tourist attractions, eating places and public amenities.

The room and garden were really nice and the beds were comfortable.

I was fine but my husband was facing the front door, which he said felt like facing a TV screen - he didn’t have an eye mask so he struggled to sleep. If this was improved, it would be better. The one-time milk seems a little stingy and silly, considering they replenish everything else. A bit of walk to the centre of town, although we didn’t mind.

We stayed at "Family Suite" and it was very comfortable! There were one big bed and one bank bed which our child loved. Kitchen was well-equipped and bathroom was clean, plenty of room available inside. For laundry, we used the one available in the facility (coin laundry). The camp site was full and there were several families so that children could play together. I appreciated that all waste is well sorted (compost is well marked, clear explanation of what can go into recycle bin).

Nothing much, the location was easy to find and well accessible from Wanaka town as well.

The apartment was immaculately clean and positioned with a beautiful outlook. Everything that we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, with a well resourced kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bedding and SMART TV. Check in staff were lovely and we appreciated the approach the accommodation is taking toward sustainability. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

All the nice touches in the accommodation. Good quality kitchenware . Good TV package . Nice area at the back of the unit. Bike hire at the property at a v reasonable price. Staff were really helpful. Shout out for Julie who gave us lots of good ideas and was v supportive! 👏🏼 Being able to stay an extra 45 mins on the final morning. Moving things around so that we could stay an extra night in the same room.

We loved this cabin! So logically designed, so practical. It was spotless and comfortable and we had such a beautiful view. The staff were lovely and helpful. The park was pretty full but it didn’t feel crowded. It is in a great location just out of the centre of town. We booked the private spa/sauna for an hour which was gorgeous - nice facilities with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Stayed in January in a queen+twin cabin. Comfy beds. Quiet area of town. Was supplied with a sufficient amount of towels. Kitchen is fully stocked. Supplied me with an oscillating fan upon request. Loved sitting on back patio in mornings. Access to sauna and hot tub. Easy in-person check-in. Also had easy after hours check-in, if needed. Close proximity to town; walking to downtown 25min.

The only thing were the bicycles we rented; didn't love em. The seats are hard-as, and the gear shifts on the bike have seen better years.
