The location and the space was great. The fence between the property and the main road was down completely when we arrived, but after just one call.”, the manager rebuilt the fence to make our garden baby safe. We would recommend this property for the location, but the gardens weren’t really cared for. Outside furniture and bbq were broken and unsafe, and absolutely no outdoor drying facilities. Such a shame for a property in such a great location to be lacking in these basic areas.

The lack of attention to some basic details. Nowhere to lay or hang clothes indoors and no outdoor drying/playing areas. Bushes grown right up over windows, making inside dark and a feeling of neglect.Sadly for such a central location, some basics not covered at all.

Great location, nice to have parking and use of the laundry facilities. We were pleasantly surprised as they had a refrigerator ( not listed). Beds very comfortable

It had a room attached ( locked) we could hear the people next store and smell their food

The unit is spacious. 7 minutes drive to Roy's Peak. 2 minutes drive to new world supermarket and restaurants. Bathroom is big and clean, But the main bedroom is a bit small. The access to the unit was given 20 minutes earlier than check in time which normally is given exactly at check in time for other apartments. The owner was responsive when we wanted to know how to watch netflix via smart tv.

We couldnt watch netflix although the instruction book we could watch it via smart tv. We found a small towel under the coffee table from the previous guest. We also found dirty spoon, scissor, oily and greasy fry pan in the drawer which made us to clean them first before using them. The fridge could be cleaner.

Location almost in centre of town. Great parking and it was clean and comfortable

Confusion about the location as the property we had backed on to the one at the address we were given. It might have made sense to the owner but it would have been a lot less mucking around if they had just said the property fronts onto a different street. Also I had asked for the details to be emailed as we were having phone issues and sms was not getting through. There was bout 30 minutes of faffing around while all this crossed wires was sorted

Excellent motel. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Very tastefully decorated. Large open-plan lounge dining kitchen area. Very comfortable couches and beds. Fully equipped kitchen and large fridge/freezer. Dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, microwave. Good wifi. Close to the lake and town centre. View of the mountains beyond the lake.

The only negative aspect (which is out of the owner's control) was that the ugly building in front ruined the beautiful view of the mountains. I would have planted some small trees there or something.

Wanaka is tiny but it still helps to be as close to all the action as possible. Willows wanaka is perfectly located, just one street away from the food and shopping areas but facing a quiet street so it’s very easy to drive in and out. We loved being 5-10mins walking distance from everything! The rooms are very cute and modern and the bathroom was pretty big! Wifi worked well too. The contactless check in was awesome and convenient for us who were checking in late. Instructions very easy to follow and it was very convenient!

The only minor improvement I can think of is if the coffee table was more of a side table and raised way higher, so it’s easier to use as a table for food or a laptop.

Try this nice apartment if you do road trip with your familiy or friends. Just park your car in the yard. Nice large kitchen with everything you need for cooking. (We made some delicious noodles at night) Also equipped with washing machine -you can do the laundry ! Can see the very spectacular milky way at night if its sunny. We stayed for two nights and love this apartment.

Great location, short walk to the lakefront and restaurants. Nice view from my room. Shut curtains when out to keep the hot afternoon sun out. It does have a couple of bowls so you can have cereal and a bar fridge. (No kitchenette).

The bathroom sink was small and the tap too low so you have to fill a glass repeatedly to fill the kettle or drink bottles.

Great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Quiet location and no noise from other apartments. Parking on property was free. Lovely kitchen and living room with heat pump, dishwasher, all appliances including washer/dryer. Comfortable beds, wardrobes and luggage racks. Very spacious bathroom. Apartment 2 has view to mountains in distance, above the garden. Outdoor table with 2 chairs.

The ability to walk and quickly reach the lake. Having a house with heating and a fully equipped kitchen will allow you to end the day comfortably. Clean and heated bathroom💞

Humidity on the windows when you wake up. The TV system could use apps readily available (like YouTube, Netflix, etc) on the TV itself.
