The apartment was very spacious with lovely kitchen, lounge and 2 balconies. Easy walking distance to the Lake and lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Safe parking underground. At the end of a very nice cul-de-sac, safe and quiet area but easy to reach the centre. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely setting and gardens around. Very nice and relaxing stay.

Very very basic welcome pack - for instance 4 teabags for 4 nights for 2 people! No milk provided at all - the only place we stayed at in the whole of New Zealand who didn't provide milk. Small amount of dish washer powder and washing powder. As a tourist you are not going to purchase a box of wash powder when staying 4 nights then moving on.

Great location, 3 walking minutes to center of town. covered car park with elevator access to room and ski storage available. Room had basics needed or a longer stay (kitchen fully equipped, washing machine and dryer as well as dishwasher). Friendly welcome/check-in upon arrival.

Place was smaller than expected (they are two bedroom but you only use one of them), which was okay given that the heater was only in the living room so the bedroom door had to be opened to heat it up. There is a smoke/fire alarm with a flashing light installed right above the bed which was a bit disruptive. Also, just a note that on the last morning we were woken up to drilling/hammering before 9am from a room either above/next to us. I would not usually comment on if it was a residential building but given that these are holiday apartments I would suggest delaying these kind of renovations to later on during the day (I could not find staff to ask what was going on unfortunately)We had booked this place in particular because it had the soundproofing feature which was important to us.

Very nice apartment, as expected from the pictures. Covered car park, quite location close to everything (shops, supermarkets, lake etc.) Warm room (thanks for having switched on the heater before our arrival), nice and comfortable bed, new bathroom with heater, heated towel rail and very nice shower. Kitchen very nice with all good facilities, maybe needed more tools like a colander for pasta/rice etc. Overall we were very happy for our choice and we'll definitely come back.

Washing machine (top load) and dryer were too old. Better to have a front load washing machine and a newer dryer

It was delightful to be met by Teri on arrival, to be given a tour of the apartment complex, and shown to our carpark and apartment. The kitchen was well set out for cooking, and bonus - a dishwasher. Included a washer and dryer - great after skiing. Bathroom was good with heated floor, and variable shower head pressures. Internet had good speed. We also enjoyed the sauna. The apartment is within walking distance of town, and a supermarket, so very central to those wanting to spend time in town.

Location was walking distance to town. Nice large unit with a balcony that had a peek a boo view of the lake and everything you could need for an enjoyable stay including a washer and dryer. Unit also included 1 underground parking space. Would recommend Belvedere for any length of stay.

This is just information and not negative feedback about the unit. The unit does include the basic bathroom hand soap, body wash and shampoo but did not have hair conditioner or lotion - we had our own so this was not an issue for us. The unit also did not have an air conditioner (that we found) so it did get a little warm at night. (Opening the windows cooled down the rooms but brought in a lot of bugs...). Would definitely stay here again.

The view from the top apartments is amazing and it was an easy walk to town centre. Quiet and relaxing stay. The apartment had everything we needed to be self-sufficient and comfortable.

The bed could do with updating as it was a little uncomfortable for the five days. Specifically, every little movement shook the whole bed.

If view from the room or lake’s sight are not the priorities, the location of the property is central and convenient. All amenities including dishwasher, laundry, kitchenware and gas were well supplied.

The bedroom size is on the tinier side but just about enough if you don’t intend to keep any of your bags or luggage in there.

The accomodation was large, clean and very comfortable. It had all the facilites we need, including a kitchen and laundry facilities. Check-in was very pleasant and quick. There is a parking space for each unit and all had storage sheds for ski equipment. Town was a lovely 10 minutes walk away. Close by was a food truck park that had a decent selection of food. Seems quite busy at dinner... A walk along the lake front is highly recommeded.

This was our favourite stay in New Zealand. Apartment was perfectly clean and well equipped, excellent location being within walking distance to lakefront and restaurants. Our host was so friendly and helpful, my husband and I both agreed we would stay here again without a second thought. Thank you for a perfect stay

Excellent location (a short stroll to the shops/lake front). Lovely, modern, spacious apartment (we had the 1-bed - it is actually a 2-bed but they lock off the second bedroom). Full kitchen, lounge area, and separate bedroom. Nice views (distant of the lake and mountains from our balcony). Quiet spot. Friendly staff.

Nothing we didn't like (although the bathroom was quite small - fine for 2 people but would have been cramped for 4 people).
