The location was perfect - right near the bus stop so we could easily access it. The view from the apartment was incredible. The room was reasonable for the price. Dated but good value for money.

The listing said that there were laundry facilities and luggage storage onsite which were reasons for choosing this accommodation. There were no laundry facilities in our apartment. The manager was able to arrange for us to store our bags in another apartment on the day we checked out but I don't think this should be listed as a property feature because it may not be available to everybody.

Great location overlooking lake and mountains and close to town. Property manager was quite helpful in making sure we were comfortable and giving us suggestions on things to do

The specific unit we had was a bit outdated - although very comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities - it definitely was fine with us. Each unit is individually owned so can vary - we saw one unit that had been remodeled and was much more modern. Bottom line - be aware that there is a range of interiors - not sure you can make requests for specific units

The Panorama Court units are aptly named because the views over Lake Wanaka & the Alps create a moving mosiac of scenic beauty, that is constantly changing depending on the time of day. Early in the morning as the Sun rises, Lake Wanaka looks like a sheet of glass & with the freshly covered snow capped alps it creates a scene that is jaw dropping inspiring. Towards the mid day & the Lake's crystal clear waters mirror the still snow capped Alps in a reflection style photo that you cannot tell the "top from bottom". Watch on in awe as the day progresses & as the clouds roll in & out constantly battling with the snow capped peaks for supremacy. As the afternoon Sun heads towards the west it's rays highlight the Alps like a theatre's stage spot-light focusing in on the Opera Diva who is just about to deliver the Finale Song. All this & more & I still haven't even left the surrounds of my Panorama Court Lounge-room.

The wife & I stayed in Unit No1 & the main bedroom Double Bed mattress may have seen "Better Days" or maybe it just wasn't my "Cup Of Tea". However the main bedroom view, more than makes up for any minor bed issues.

Location was good, apartment was awesome! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the view was amazing!! we got to see the beautiful stars from the apartment on the first night! Supermarkets within walking distance.

Dryer was old and rusty and dirty and so we did not use it. Instead we just used the drying stand provided to dry our clothes. So not really an issue.

We had a lovely stay in this accommodation. There is a beautiful view. The kitchen is very well equipped and the lounge/ dining area is spacious. The bedrooms were on the large side and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and fully equipped with a washer and dryer.

We had a bit of trouble getting the key because I did not receive an email with the codes, but that could have been my foult.

Great view and amazing location - accommodations were large and spacious and overall good value for the money.

Outdated and a little tired. Some lights don’t work and air conditioner was noisy. Shower water inconsistent temperature when other people in the building were using water in the building I assume? Frustrating constantly adjusting temp.

Great location, very close to town with stunning views of the lake and mountains. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment which was very well appointed with everything you need for a stay. We were able to sit on the balcony and bask in the sun and soak up the incredible views. Very sorry we were not able to stay longer. It was a 9,5 for us

I loved the style of apartment and how it was so centrally located to shops/food places and overlooking the lake. It was good for a small group of us and great to have a washer/dryer and off road parking.

One of our group had to sleep on the fold out couch which was hard and not so comfortable. There was only one sheet instead of 2. A mattress topper would have helped out. One of the cupboards in the living area had a broken door.

The location of the property is excellent, just a short walk into town, parking was available and convenient. The view from our verandah (Unit 6) was fabulous, straight down to Lake Wanaka and the mountains. The beds were comfortable, a double in one and two singles in the other room. The kitchen was reasonably set up, the important items were available. It was a shame that we didn't find the coffee plunger until the last day, that was our fault. The bathroom was okay with a washing machine available and a clothes line outside.

The lounge was like sitting on a block of concrete, it was absolutely basic with no comfort factor at all and the lighting within the Unit was quite poor as in it was very limited.

Carpark for apartment 2 is a bit tricky with middle of the slope turn into a small arch with roses on both sides, whose thorns hurt when you try to exit the vehicle The bed was too soft and one of us on the queen size bed need to sleep on the sofa coz 2 can't sleep without disturbing each other with every move
