Located very close to the lake Wanaka, Roy's peak and town centre Facilities were good enough for a family. The room was spacious enough, nice and clean.

The hotel closes at 10pm in the night which was a deal-breaker for me as we wanted to go for a lakeside walk during the night but couldn't as the lake is not very close to go on foot. Had I known this earlier, I would have chosen a different accommodation. Also, we got a last room in the corner. Due to this, the parking was tight because our car needs to fit in between 2 adjacent cars at an angle. My car got a couple of bumps on the side which I believe were caused by the other car while leaving the car park.

This property inside the park felt open and welcoming. Arriving late was no issue thanks to the receptionist leaving my keys and a clear guide on how to find the room. The heater was already on, making it warm and comfortable from the start. The only drawback was the lack of reception availability during my stay. Still, the room itself was excellent, clean, and well worth the visit.

The reception was often unattended, and there was no clear way to contact staff when needed and room were small.

The shared facilities, including the children's play area and swimming pool, were excellent. The rooms were also nice. The staff was friendly. Thank you for providing ample free towels.

However, the shared kitchen was small and there were few tables. In particular, there was a lack of refrigerators. We need to organize the refrigerators and create more refrigerators. Food spilled and it was a mess because there was not enough refrigerator space. The lights in the shared lounge were not turned on in the evening.

We loved that the grounds were spacious, scenery, cleanliness of our cabin, kitchen, bathroom., and being able to open our window at nights, and feel safe doing so. Water pressure in shower was great.

I felt the shower needs a shelf to put toiletries on or clothing, apart from hooks, there was really no where to put your stuff, as the water came out pass the shower curtain. Plus getting out of the shower, I nearly slipped, being an older person, as the tiles were quite slippery when wet..

The view from our accomodation was incredible Location was perfect, close to the vineyard and in walking distance Friendly staff Lovely clean site Spacious living area

Kids weren't too keen on the pool as they said was a bit cold Only 4 chairs round the table but 5 lots of cutlery and crockery Incorrect check in times on booking.com used winter check in with closure at 6pm rather than summer which was 8pm this caused us to miss out on glacier viewing en route and a rush on the journey from westport

Had a nice room. The bed was sooo comfortable. Was well equipped with the essentials. Would stay again.

No power points in the bathroom, shower was a tad small. The person before me didn't clean the microwave after cooking and it smelt like curry and smelt like it was ingrained in the microwave. No location information in the room. Need bigger bath towels.

The unit we stayed in was absolutely spotless, I don't think I've ever stayed in a more clean and tidy holiday home and park in my life. They also had proper blackout curtains which made for a dark room at night, and the beds were so well made with comfortable duvets and bedding etc. Our kids also loved the park, and it was in good view from our family room. Unfortunately we only stayed the night on our way home from our original holiday, but we definitely will be returning! In summer when the water slides are open! We also loved the location, it was a quiet rural setting, and the lake was literally only a couple of minutes drive away. Definitely can't wait to return!

Excellent location and lovely helpful staff. I had trouble with the sliding door lock but I think that’s more an issue of the user rather than the lock itself!! Thank you. Good facilities and good bathrooms

Nothing - I was worried about the distance I would be from the toilets given I was travelling alone etc. it was totally fine and such a beautiful location.

Place was clean and had everything ypu needed. Loved that there were kettles in the room even though it was shared facilities. Kitchens had dish brushes. Lots of small things that made the stay easier. Shared facilities was really close to the rooms. It was great

Light outside our door was on the whole night and shone into our room.

The facilities were great. The location was excellent. It was very quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly.

Went to reception when it was supposed to be open and no one was there and no one answered the phone number when we called. We were inquiring about coins for the washing.
