We were on the third floor which provided views of the attractive stone buildings around the courtyard. Lovely big windows in each room brought in lots of natural light. Spacious two bedroom apartment with all of the amenities. Lots of breakfast choices, including fresh fruit and milk. Plenty of storage. Appreciated drawers in bathroom for essentials. Very quiet, but an easy five min. walk to various shops. Fifteen minute walk to train station and many other locations. Television with local stations. Building superintendent lives in or nearby and helped us immediately with outlet converters. We enthusiastically recommend this accommodation.

Loved the convenient parking and the remote entry. Unloading our luggage was a breeze with a back door entry. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The snacks upon arrival really hit the spot! The location is wiring walking distance to the city. Yes, the seagulls are loud everywhere in the city. If Aberdeen had a background track it would be seagulls singing. A white noise machine in our room did the trick.

The washing machine cycles took longer than anticipated. But we were thankful to have one.

Spacious enough (2 bedrooms) and well equipped appartment with all functioning appliances. Parking place in the backyard behind the ramp included in the price. Good location, easy 20+ min walk in all city directions. Clear instructions from the owners.

Insolation is literally non-existent. If your neighbour wakes up at 5.30 am and starts with usual stuff in his apartment, you have a feeling that everything is going on in your apartment. Can't remember if I have ever experienced anything similar!

Location was good for the centre of Aberdeen. Apartments were large with much more space than I had thought they would be. Parking was easy and there was plenty.

Slightly awkard getting the fob to get in for the parking as you need to get up to the flat to pick up keys before you can get in. Fine if there are two of you in the car. Breakfast was included but only for the first day, it wasn't replenished at all whereas some of the reviews imply it was. Worth knowing if you're staying more than one day.

Location is great - 5 min walk from a supermarket; 10 - 15 min walk from mainstreet/shops. Clean rooms and breakfast (cereal/croissant/jam/large food bowl). Two bedrooms so a choice of rooms. Shower good (hot water!) Kitchen well supplied with utensils etc. Off street parking safe and easy. The hop on bus is worth the money - goes through the university section, ports, new developments on the beach. Lasts about 60 to 70 mins. Can hop off at any point and back on; ticket lasts 24 hrs.

love the location, the car parking is ideal. the apartments have recently been freshly repainted and are looking great too. ( I've stayed here before) the breakfast pack is immense and a great touch! It's a pleasure to stay here.

The seating, although comfortable to sit on, is very low, with a lip that doesn't make it easy to get up out of. I've experienced this both visits, but it doesn't affect whether I would stay here or not. the bedroom was quite dusty this visit, mostly the bedside tables, but immaculate otherwise.

Close to the town centre & Rosemount Shopping strip. Very roomy. Breakfast supplies were excellent including a large fruit hamper.

The sofas were not comfortable, & the kitchen sink didn’t have a plug. Makes it hard to wash dishes. The apartment above us must have had elephants staying there as the noise from the continuous thumping was horrendous.

A cozy apartment that provides all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The beds and pillows are comfortable, while the kitchen and bathroom are more than adequate. The availability of parking is truly convenient.

The apartment, while not particularly luxurious, offers good value for the money. One minor inconvenience we encountered was a loud ticking sound, possibly from the water pipes within the wall, which disrupted our sleep on the first night. Rather than contacting the host, we simply moved to the second room and had a restful night's sleep.

We were only expecting a 1 bedroom apartment, but found it had 2 bedrooms when we arrived. We were able to out our luggage in the 2nd bedroom, therefore didn't trip over it at night which made for a nice change. Instructions to let ourselves in were emailed prior to our stay, so getting into the carpark and unit was a breeze. There were plenty of options for breakfast in the fridge - yoghurt, cereal, fruit, pikelets, butter, jam, juice and fresh milk. There was also a washing machine/dryer in the kitchen.

There were no instructions on how to get the washing dry in the machine. Luckily, we were able to download them so that we could get our clothes dry.

Fantastic location, REALLY well equipped, spacious, spotlessly clean, everything you need for a stay. It was honestly the nicest apartment I’ve ever stayed in, and we use holiday apartments all round the U.K. once a month. The fresh breakfasts both mornings were really nice too and a great touch. A massive thing for me too was the private secure parking with an electronic barrier!
