Big appartment, very clean, well equipment, comfortable bed. Not long distance to the beach

Wrong indication about how to get there from the airport : they said to take bus 425 to Finikoudes Beach station which is not good idea if you don't want to go Dekhaleia station (the end of the line), wait there another 425 or the same and pay the second ticket, and travel by bus 2 hours instead 30 minutes There are others buses to Larnaca Station, prety close. 425 is good to go TO the airport and not FROM the airport.

Lakis Court was brilliant! The flat was a good size, with a very large bedroom and huge bed - which was more comfortable than my own! We had everything we needed so never had to ask for anything, and overall had a wonderful stay. I also want to give a big thanks to the two lovely women who cleaned our room throughout our stay. They were considerate, friendly and did an excellent job :)

The ONE issue I had was that I don't speak Greek and most of the TV channels were of course in greek. This wouldn't bother me if we had access to YouTube, Netflix, etc but our TV didn't have the facilities. As a family with a young kid, it would've been nice to have that for the evenings/mornings. Other than that, absolutely no negatives!

Only a suggestion: include a bottle of water in any booking.

Location is just perfect. The apartment is so clean and spacious, the bed is so soft, comfy and amazing - you will have a hard time getting up. You have everything you need in the room, and the owner sends you information about how to get to him, where to get groceries, etc. It’s super helpful. Dimitris let us check in an hour earlier, as soon as he had the room ready.

Miscommunication. I didn’t know it was a public holiday and the shop wouldn’t open on time so I spent a lot of time sitting by the shop where you can leave the luggage before checking in. I just wish the owner had let me know about the holiday in advance. Also, for me it’s not a problem but there is construction going on right in front of the apartment so it gets a bit noisy in the morning but it wasn’t too uncomfortable, plus the street will be even better when the work is finished

Everything was truly great! We had things like a hair dryer and an iron, as well as small bottles of shampoo and shower gel, which were nice extras. There's also a small kitchen and a small fridge, which is awesome. There's an option to have the cleaning team clean your room (at the time of our stay, the cleaning service was done from 10h-13h, which is quite reasonable). You can also get your towels changed. The nearest beach was literally 5-10 minutes away from the location. There is also a discount store about 15 minutes away on foot, and a smaller, cute market, maybe 5 minutes away from the hotel. At the time of the booking, we receive a lengthy message from the host containing all the relevant information, including taxi number (iTaxi), which we've used and can also recommend.

As I said above, everything was pretty much great. The only thing I wished we had was a dish drying rack. The kitchen, while nice to have, is narrow (at least in our room), and while you did have the tools like spoons, forks, plates, etc., you had to manually dry them each time with a cloth (which you receive and is changed during cleaning hours, so that's great). Another thing I could recommend to the host is to provide hand soap and perhaps a pair of basic slippers. Slippers are definitely not the norm, I understand that, still thought it might be worth mentioning. Overall, it's not a complaint, just a suggestion that might be helpful, as I think these things can really improve the stay by a lot! :)

Perfect location! In 5 minutes, you can be at the beach, or Saint Lazarus church, or Marina bus stop - the buses are frequent, and you can easily visit other parts of the island. The room is spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything two persons might need. The AC is working (wonderfully). Great value for the price, overall :)

The shower is a bit weird - the hose is stiff, and the shower head can be a bit challenging to operate, if you don't want it attached to the wall. It would be more comfortable if it were replaced with a regular European shower. However, it didn't really impact the quality of our stay that much.

Spotless clean, perfectly located room. Daily room cleaning, highly efficient ac, large room, useful kitchenette. Beach reachable in less than 3 minutes, the farmers’ market is one block away, same as Smart supermarket. Easily reachable from the airport by public transport (bus 425 and many others, use Pame app, albeit quite rudimentarily developed). There were some constructions in the area, but nothing scary. The plan is to get back next year. Thank you, Dimitris!

The keys were in a key locker box so the check-in and check-out is self serving

Thin walls. We heard even the steps of the neighbors under our room as well as the TV. We had no water and the shops/markets were already closed when we arrived so a bottle of water would be appreciated (as the tap water is not recommended to drink in Cyprus)

The appartment is very clean, full of light and in city center close to the Finikoudes beach, restaurants, markets and monuments as St. Lazarus Chirch, Larnaka Castle, Medival Medical museum.. The host Dimitris gave me excelent instructions about the location, how to get there from airoport (bus lines and taxi), as for the check in and out times, laundry room and so on.. I had really pleasent stay and I recommend it to all solo travelers. . 😉 P.S. the bed is sooo cozy 😃

The location is excellent, the property is very near to the shops, restaurants and the center of the city. St Lazarus church and square is few minutes walk and several mini markets. The beach is 3 to 4 minutes walk. The property is safe. The beds in the apartments have comfortable mattresses, there is a big fridge, microwave, mini stove, cutlery and pottery you need. We were two times in the Lakis Court, first time one night and the second time 3 nights. There are apartments with balconies and some of them with two rooms. The owner is immediately responsive and always willing to give you an extension of one hour late checkout.

Everything was super. But, we experienced difficulties with the rescheduling the bus stop at Finikoudes beach some 600 meters further.
