i booked for the convenient location next to an event I was attending the following day. I ordered the breakfast without knowing the opportunity I was booking ahead of my stay. When I asked about how the breakfast worked when I checked in, the registrar said you'll just use the key to go to the 9th floor and the breakfast buffet and all the coffee you want is available beginning at 7a. And, she said, you can go there this evening and enjoy appetizers and a beverage until 10p. I was meeting a friend for dinner...we stayed on the 9th floor visiting in comfort and quiet for 4 hours over a glass of wine and yummy appetizers. What I bonus it was. Many thanks for the stay.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The hospitality was very good and everyone that I approached was friendly and willing to assist in any way they could. My stay was unexpected due to a funeral that we were attending in Bakersfield. Our stay at the Marriot was sorta last minute. Everyone was friendly and made our stay at the Marriot Hotel very nice and zero stress since we were already dealing with the loss of a loved one.

I have no complaints

The front desk associate was super friendly and helped me out with any questions. Check in was quick and easy. I really liked the security they have through out the hotel, this is the main reason I will be back with my kids. The room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable and the showers were clean and showers were pleasant. We attended a show at the arena and I was surprised that it’s literally connected to the hotel. This will be our permanent hotel when we travel out here.

Close to the hospital.

King bed is very very comfortable also king pillows very important. We needed to get dinner because my daughter had emergency surgery at the hospital. We came in at 10:30 11 and they were able to bring us room service so happy we had a full meal.

It was a great stay, and my sister and I loved the restaurant's food, especially the good burgers! The room was great, as well as the bathroom amenities. The front desk was professional and welcoming, and we even had a ride by one of the staff to the bus station. Customer service was outstanding.

It was a perfect stay so there's nothing bad to say.

Very comfortable hotel with fab pool.

The jacuzzi needs a bit of repair to the hand rails. Also the jets and temperature were faulty.

The mattress & pillows were great!

We were in a handicapped room, #725, the shower was horrible, flooded the bathroom floor, took 2 huge bath towels to mop it up…for $247.00

0did not get breakfast with you

after first nite maid service did not clean room and leave fresh towels. children from room 417 were up before 7 am running up down hall, screaming loud talking and so were the parents talking loudly in hall, waking us up. terrible, experience.

I liked that there was a resturant in the hotel, the pool was accessable and there was a lounge area

Didn't like that there was a generic menu instead of a full menu. And that the generic menu stayed the say with no expecptions.

Excellent location and amazingly comfortable bed!

A little more expensive than I would have liked, but I would definitely stay here again.
