The rooms were clean and very large for the 6 of us to stay. The staff Donovan particularly was so nice and helpful with a welcoming smile . He was helpful with the best places to get good meals at! We had everything we needed in our room. Love the complimentary water and fruit. The breakfast was nice a hot breakfast is what we enjoy for mornings so it was very enjoyable !! Keep up the good work !!

The only thing that was not the best was the pool area . There was a little boys birthday party that night and a ton of kids in the pool with 1 parent watching them while the other parents were outside drinking and partying. No room to enjoy the pool at all with the kids and the sound of them screaming , the 1 parent also kept leaving the room and the kids alone. I think with how small the pool is there should be a limited number of children per adult, Or maybe a bigger pool . I had brought my daughter and 4 of her friends for her 20th birthday girls night so it was unfortunate that we could not enjoy the pool that evening.

the breakfast was great, we had 2 adults and four children with us. i Felt like the hotel had everything and more that we needed for our weekend stay for a wrestling tournament. We will definitely be staying here again next year.

I Have no complaints for the hotel and the hotel staff. However it was very rude that a parent had a separate room down t he hall from their kids and we were forced to constantly yell at the unsupervised teenagers that we causing choas in the hallway. do better parents.

Breakfast was great, loved the options of the hot food and drinks. The pool was very nice, we had fun swimming. The outdoor patio area was really nice too, plenty of seating. Our room was very comfortable, and clean, we liked that there were plenty of lamps for softer lighting in the evening. The shade on the window was great at blocking light and providing privacy. We also liked that it was quiet. We didn't hear noise from other hotel rooms.

The road to turn on for the hotel was hard to see the first time. It looked more like a driveway, and had a small road sign. I missed it the first time because the tall grass and reeds in the ditch almost completely blocked the sign. Also, the same of the hotel was only on the front of it. It would have been nice to have the name on the back that faces the main road to help point it out more. The other thing was, we wanted to cook our own dinner, but the pans didn't seem very clean, but there was no dish soap, only a dishwasher pod. And there were no spatulas or larger spoons for stirring food. We managed ok, though, since we were only there for the weekend.

Our positive experience started with check in. The gentleman working reception (wish I remembered his name as I would give him a shout out) was super professional, helpful, and customer focused. Facilities are clean and modern. Location very convenient for travelers. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Clean hotel, pool was great and housekeeping was very sweet.

Front desk staff was very friendly during the day but never completed anything that was requested. Night staff was very unapproachable and unfriendly. They promoted a hot chocolate bar, but it was never fully stocked. We needed to ask for at least one thing each time (cups, hot chocolate, etc).

Staff was really nice. Hotel room was nice and big for a king studio.

I’m not a fan of properties that allow dogs but this was within my budget. I asked for a room that no animal had stayed in and they said that wasn’t possible. I think if you’re going to allow animals you should have a block that’s always animal free to offer for people with allergies. Otherwise it was a nice stay

The staff at the property were excellent. Very friendly and informative and kind.

When we entered the room, it smelled too much of deodorizer spray or something like that. The bathroom and kitchen sink drain well. It was hard to adjust the air conditioner to comfortable temp.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The grounds were welcoming. Looking forward to going back in the summer, the patio was beautiful even in winter.

Difficult to find with so many hotels in that location.

Breakfast was very good. Hot, plentiful, nice variety. Front desk person (Paul) was exceptional. He was the most kind, friendly, and helpful front desk person I have ever encountered.
