We stayed in one of the newer 2 bedroom units for 5 nights for the Avalon Air Show and it was just wonderful! We had stayed there previously in an older cabin and I have to say, this time our experience was so much better. There was easily enough room for us & everything was nice and clean.

I would like to see instructions inc price for using the washing machines & dryer. I'd also like the option to specifically request a particular unit number & have that confirmed at the time of booking as we wouldn't like to risk getting the older cabins again.

Great location for us, 4 minutes drive from a Coles and less than a 20 minute drive to surfing beaches and a 10 minute drive to the train station. Our room had an oven and a huge fridge/freezer, as well as a decent selection of cooking utensils. It was spacious and could have fit more than the three of us comfortably. The outdoor pool was huge, great for relaxing after a long day or adding to the fun :)

The outdoor spa is cold, not heated. The wifi barely worked, we ended up just using our data because the wifi would have one bar and then drop out.

We were in the first cabin, was beautiful and clean. Shower had great pressure. But the best thing was it was perfectly located next to the jumping pillow, pool and playground! Kitchen had everything you need was all round very comfortable. We stayed with 4 kids and they loved it.

Whilst the cabin was able to stay mostly toasty warm, the room with the bunks did get quite chilly at night. The beds come with two blankets each but I’d recommend bringing your own doonas if you can.

Well positioned near shops, highway and the start of The Great Ocean Road. Extremely clean and well-organized park, with a laundry, pool and kid’s play area. The tenants and travellers here at the time that I was here were very quiet and self-contained. This park has the feel of short-term accommodation for workers rather than holiday makers, although it caters for everyone. Recommended if you need a quiet place to stay which feels safe and calm, rather than a happy-hour sociable sort of situation.

We liked the level of facilities within the unit, kitchen, bathroom etc. It was extremely comfortable and perfect for a self catered stay for a period of time (even though we only had an overnight stay this time). Great value for money.

it's only a small thing but i'd recommend marking the car parking spaces therefore designating each unit it's own specific space. Given vehicles, particularly utes, are getting larger it would help ensure that there is enough space for all guests staying

I liked that they accommodated my early arrival and checked me into my cabin over two hours earlier. I am very grateful for that because the weather that day was terrible.

My friend paid for her Cabin Deluxe the same amount of money as we did, but she had a new cabin and we had an old one. The oven was broken and it made it difficult to prepare meals. One day at 8 am we were woken up by a lawn mover, the whole cabin was shaking from the noise.

Spacious, clean and has everything we need for a short stay. Quiet, comfortable, very affordable & very good value for money. ~5 mins drive to Armstrong Creek town centre shopping centre to get food & groceries. Friendly staff.

Would be good if any walking distance shops nearby - but not big deal as it’s only ~5 mins drive to town centre mall. The bunk beds don’t seem to have electric blanket facilities (or i can’t find it..)

The cabins were well maintained A+ for Cleanliness, they were modern and superb cabins with generous space, the park was also kids friendly! Our kids couldn’t get enough of the jumping inflatable pillow. We’ll definitely think about this place when we come back down to Geelong.

None, all was great!

Very clean accommodation and facilities. Very well thought out provision of all you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. As an affordable option, this is outstanding value that provided everthing we needed in the facilities across kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, outlook and pool area. We'd love to come back.

Location was great, room was lovely and clean, modern but the bathroom was a bit tiny but not an issue. Over all we were very happy with price, comfort and location and friendly service at reception

The room with bunk beds was very hot and the pool was pretty dirty but that wouldn’t stop me from staying again or recommending to other people.
