The gold experience rooms are great. You have a designated lounge which is very peaceful and quiet in comparison to the old part of the hotel. Breakfast was very nice and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

The room is great but the table and chair is located next to the mini bar and TV. This small area is really cramped and we would prefer if the mini bar is moved elsewhere so there is more space if you need to work on the table.

A+ experience in the Gold Lounge with Noor and Louise. Checking in was an enjoyable breeze. There was a small error during this process which Louise quickly rectified. Both individuals were so kind and accommodating from the happy hour service, to amenity booking to the breakfast the following morning. Gold Suite was beautiful and comfortable. Loved the soak tub, made for a wonderful bath. We will definitely be back!

Impossible to get 2 seats at any of the bars downstairs. Wait times were incredibly long but being a Saturday night with the Leafs in town I suppose that is the norm. Getting into the hotel via taxi at 4pm was jammed but we just got out and walked.

Great Hotel. The room was very clean. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. I loved the shower. The staff were very friendly as well. The food at the hotel restaurants was very good. All in all its an excellent hotel.

The only issue was the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned thoroughly. You can see spots and stains.

The suite was luxurious and very comfortable. I loved the essential oils pods you could insert in your shower for a spa feel. The breakfast was included and was amazing. You could see the lake from the dining room, it was lovely.

The stay was amazing, but the hotel was over booked and we waited for the elevators for ever.

the room key on the elevator was a problem. one night i had to go up and down the elevator to my room four times before we were able to get room key to work.

Express elevator for gold rooms are what i wish every hotel had. staff were great, rooms clean and newly renovated

pool area was ONLY shallow water, outdated looking and you can see so much rust/corrosion in the jacuzzi area. would avoid the pool facilities all together

Breakfast was excellent, the room was beautiful, quiet and clean and the Library restaurant was delicious!

I would think twice about arriving in my own car next time. The parking situation was very frustrating, but in the end, valet took care of us and I was very grateful for that!

Great experience, they went beyond our expectations. They knew it was our anniversary and they surprised us with champagne and chocolate strawberry. It’s definitely these extra things that make you stay at this hotel. The room was perfect clean, big size and decoration it modern. I will be going back!
