Location was good Facilities and apartments was comfortable and spacious

There was no soaps or anything of the sorts for washing hands and for the shower The pressure in the shower was a bit low

Provided shower gel wasn't strong enough to get a good wash out of. Bathroom needs a deep clean. No mop provided for the bathroom. (Shower door didn't completely close so a bit of water always spilt)

It was the second time visiting the property and the location is perfect in the heart of Sandton, the safety is exceptional where you have guards operating on entrance and additional guards operating on private parking space. The staff especially the care taker who assists with checking in after hours went an extra mile to assist with all needs.

Room 13 where I was based was extremely clean however my only problem is the burnt couches and mats in the living room space. How can a luxury apartment not patch, change or replace such crucial details to ensure the luxury stay as advertised. Room 13s washing machine did not work which caused an inconvenience as I had to seek assistance from apart-hotel staff. In a self catering units offering such features, as guests we would appreciate that all appliances work. They need to upgrade to smart TV sets where you can stream shows or programmes on 21st century streaming platforms such as Netflix, YouTube and Showmax. I mean who still watches selected channels on DSTV in Sandton??? That is the worst.

The property was easily accessible and close to all amenities.

The deposit was unnecessary as we arrived late at night and were checking out early and there was no one at reception to give us back our cash the next morning. We lost an hour waiting.

The place was spacious and clean. They provide all necessities. Smooth check in and check out.

The Wi-Fi disconnects when in the bedroom so connection is a bit weak and the TV is not a smart tv, only have access to dstv with limited channels.

+ Nice, safe and private place. 👌 + Secure access and great location. + Rooms and furniture quite new and well maintained. Lots of storage. + Generator on-site. + Apartment very spacious. + The staff is quite friendly, specially at the reception (daytime) and some of the housekeeping ladies.

-The deposit on check-in is quite unnecessary specially for guests via booking.com - Pictures of IDs via WhatsApp on check-in 😒 - Generator didn't run (one night only) - Beds could be better quality - Rooms are booked in advance without prior notice (even if you are still in the room), so if you want to extend, you have to do it 1 or 2 days before or you may have to move to another room, or even not have a room at all.

I like the fact that they have solar geysers and seemed to be considering Solar Carports. It was clean inside. I also like the vending machine giving 20-30% discounts on selected items, clean lift, efficient lighting with motion & daytime sensors. The staff is great & friendly.

I didn't like the fact that the apartments are portrayed as being "luxurious" by name while being relatively simple and barely furnished. The buildings outside wall looks like it's overdue for repainting. Also need a board to indicate the entrance to the building, as it off-ramps into a hard-to-find cul-de-sac. I don't like the cash key deposit scheme they have. On top of the booking fee, one needs to have a cash equivalent amount to receive the key, otherwise it will take 5-11 days refund. I don't think it's necessary. Taking pictures of guests bank cards, under the pretext of using it for refund, is unacceptable and must stop immediately. Pictures next time I visit for leisure.

Room we stayed in was always cleaned each day even if you didn't request and the staff were very friendly.

Did not appreciate the fact that we had to ask for more toilet paper after it was finished as housekeeping cleans every day. We also had some noisy people in the apartment above us and walking about being loud on the walkways even though it was after 10pm "quiet hours".

The whole experience was beautiful. We arrived earlier than the agreed time but the ladies at Reception did their best to make us feel comfortable while waiting for our room to be busy. They made us put our baggage in a safe place. We also had a pleasant experience with the Caretaker, who maintains the place. He was very friendly and always prepared to go out of his way to help.

I was not too fond of the fact that I only got to know about the R500.00 deposit when I got to the place. I think your guests should be made aware way in advance to avoid any inconvenience, other than that, it was a happy stay.

It is my humble plea that security deposit issue made as number 1 on important things when checking in not last issue, secondly please make rechargeable lights available in the rooms as loadshedding seems to be more of a norm and won't end anytime soon. As you require security deposit + inspecting rooms on check out, a person who steals rechargeable lights will be pernalised so dark rooms during loadshedding are not an excuse.
