The location is excellent, close to everything in Sandton. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a nice view. Breakfast offers a good variety, and the staff were always attentive and professional.

Maybe a few more late-night room service options would be nice, but overall it didn’t affect the great experience.

The room is very spacious and super clean, the bed is super comfy, I had an amazing stay. The breakfast was delicious and plenty.

The fact that there were no plates in the room, I bought dinner elsewhere and couldn't even dish it up, 2 plates per room wouldn't do any harm, I was told I have to pay R500 deposit so I can get the plates

The bed!!! Its the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel.

The “apartment” has no cutlery. You have to pay extra for those. If anything include those in your prices. A plate is R15 for crying out loud!! We were asked to pay R500 for two plates and forks 😭

My last stay the receptionist held us there for 2hrs because he said we needed to pay 100rand per hour until check in at 2pm and we got here at 12 which was really unpleasant

I really love this hotel, the cost, the location and its facilities. Whether I'm traveling alone or with my kids, it really is a pleasure. I also have never had safety concerns. It really is like a home away from home. One really gets value for their money.

It's always the same thing, cleanliness. Housekeeping are really dropping the ball. My room again wasn't cleaned as it should have. I can't be checking in but the bathroom has hair everywhere and the carpet is dirty. The bed being made and the counter being wiped doesn't equal a cleaned room.

My concerns is relating to the price offered by the Booking.com i think its unfair. I usually book my hotel thru this plataform but its a second time the prices differ higher than the one is praticed by the hotel.For e.g i was told by the reception that my room was ZAR 1400/day but the Booking.com charged me ZAR ZAR 2200/day as you can see there is a big difference and i need to know why because it was supposed i have vantage making a booking thru the plataform than direct at the hotel. Before i realize that you are selling based on wrong propaganda please i need your clarification in writhing as im saying this is the second event happening with me and is

It’s very clean and classy. The waiters and waitresses are so respectful. Their chicken burger is sooooooo nice. If I’m to come back again,it would be for this burger first and of course other things will follow

I’m a foodie and for the time I stayed at the property ,the menu for lunch and dinner was the same and it became so monotonous. Breakfast was good atleast it was buffet. I tried to change the restaurants in the same floor(2nd floor),still it was the same menu. I was at the hotel for work and I was in the 19th floor.During power outages,my WiFi could go completely off whilst in a meeting. I called the reception and they said I should bear with them until power is back. It was sort of inconveniencing ,Anyway I ended up buying Data on my phone to hotspot my gadgets for such moments
