Amazing place. Super clean, really pretty and located in a nice area. The tenants were really kind. I had a small issue with my shower door and it was fixed very rapidly. The breakfast was great (the omelet was soooo good). I definitely recommend this place.
Nothing, beside I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great location, lovely room.
Breakfast options did not change in the three days that we were there and were limited and small. Bicycles that were advertised on the listing apparently have not existed for more than one year. Listing should be updated.

Breakfast was delicious with choices including fresh fruit. The location was walking distance to downtown, park, water and excellent restaurants. There was a lovely veranda with comfortable seats. A quiet spot to sip a nice wine, have a conversation or just watch the world go by. The home is beautifully renovated and has interesting an interesting history about people who once lived there. The young man that waited on us was delightfully kind, conversational and attentive.
We had a lovely time with few concerns. The only thing that was unfortunate issue was the neighbouring room had the tv quite loud, late into the night. We suggest encouraging folks to respect quiet time perhaps 11 pm onward. Our observation doesn’t take away from the enjoyment that we had staying at this beautifully restored historic home with attentive host.

The house is very pretty. It mattered to the owners that we were well looked after. The breakfasts were very nice! We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed walking around the absolutely beautiful neighbourhood and then going downtown to the shops and restaurants. People are very friendly in Charlottetown!
Our room (#5) was at the top of the stairs. Each night we woke up to people coming up the stairs after we went to sleep. One night, it happened twice. We were able to fall asleep again, but that wasn't great. There was no noise through the walls, just through the door (as people walked up the wooden stairs).

Our room was large and comfortable. It had some elegant touches like gorgeous drapes, rug and a nice soaker tub. This is an excellent location particularly for first time visitors. We love to leave the car parked and walk everywhere in town. The family that runs it are helpful and make a nice breakfast. They always made sure we had a place to park. There is a pleasant out side patio.
Some people may not like the stairs but the staff helps with luggage if you need assistance.

We had a lovely, light and spacious room at this B&B. It had a couch and two armchairs and a comfortable king-sized bed. There was a quiet ductless AC unit where we could control the temperature. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the shower but our hosts told us to pull the handle out--very different than US showers. Breakfast was fine, although we preferred the Keurig coffee to the brewed coffee they offered. Breakfast choices were cooked to order along with available bread and pastries. The location was great--a short walk into Charlottetown, but far enough away to be quiet. The front door had an electric keypad which was convenient. Parking on the street was easy or in the small lot on the side of the property. We spent two nights at this B&B and really enjoyed it.
A little table in the bathroom for toiletries would have been nice as there was really no counter space.

The staff were super friendly. Thank you David and his lovely mother! Lovely old house. Our room was rather light in the mornings ( blinds didn't block all of the light ) and there was some noise from trucks...not really a problem as we were up early. The shower has the weirdest handle to operate 🙄 Super clean. Loved that there was a kettle in the room Breakfast was ok. I don't have dairy but took my own milk. The town has loads to offer. Definitely recommended
The light in the room. The shower handle / lever

The room we had was very large and comfortable. The bed was a king size and was great. The sitting area was lovely and we used it every day. The air conditioning was useful even if it was a bit tricky to use. The location was central and it was an easy walk to town to see the sights and go to restaurants and parks.
The breakfast was not great including a food menu that looked like it was drawn by a toddler - maybe meant to be charming but seemed very odd. The fruit was okay but the eggs and other breakfast items were not good. There was little other selection in the breakfast area (including dry muffins cut into fourths!) and coffee that was undrinkable. For that reason, we ended up forgoing our breakfast the last day. The towels need a bleach as they were musty after one use and there were spider webs in the bathroom.

Very easy to walk to town, easy parking, very comfy bed and pillows, near a pub that serves excellent chicken wings and Caesar salad. Great smoothies and blueberry scones for bfast They have a drink licence which is very nice.
The breakfast options were not as healthy as we are used to. We weren’t keen on filled pies and fried potatoes for breakfast. The half hour slot to get breakfast is limiting although we could select our preferred time the evening before. Some rooms are street-side and can be a bit less quiet.

It’s gorgeous! Beautifully renovated and easy to find. Walkable to downtown and boardwalk
The room really isn’t accessible. We stayed in the attic room (which is much lovelier than it sounds) - gorgeous spa bath with claw foot tub - light and bright. But stairs! Stairs up to the front door, stairs to first floor and then stairs to the attic room- again absolutely beautiful and no complaints about the size and quality of the room.
