Donna looked after us very well with her beautiful and plentiful breakfasts, local information and overall hospitality. The garden is gorgeous, making the environment relaxing and a pleasure to be in. Great to have little Elvis around too. We will definitely stay there again, plus very close to town and lake.

Just one small thing, recognition of Easter Sunday. A couple of Easter eggs at breakfast would have been a nice touch. Not necessary or expected, but a nice touch to commemorate the day, regardless of religious beliefs or otherwise.

- Quiet location with parking - The grounds are great: the room was clean and included a fan, the shared coffee/tea room was comfortable, and the gardens are very peaceful. - Correspondence with Donna before and during our stay was excellent. She was a great resource for questions and always responded quickly. - We had an early start and Donna offered some food for us the night before to assemble breakfast in the morning (e.g., fruit, bread, jam/peanut butter, etc.)

- We stayed in the King Room, which includes a sofa bed but bedding for the sofa bed was not available. - Breakfast was served at 8:30am, which we found rather late compared to other stays. Breakfast included yogurt, cereals, fruits, cheese, and coffee/tea. - There was no sign confirming the B&B in front of the house, but there is a sign at the door.

Donna and Fred were exceptionally accommodating hosts. They stayed up late to greet me and generously upgraded my room so that I would have easy access to the breakfast area in the morning as I needed to depart early the next day. They also kept a bag safe for me after I had already "checked out" while I was on an outdoor course. The accommodation was spacious, clean and well appointed and the continental breakfast was generously portioned. The shower pressure was excellent. Their back garden is spectacular.

The area is very beautiful and the grounds of the house exceptional. The room was comfortable and spacious. Although helpful in most ways our host could not help us reference our breakfast.

We had to leave early to catch a plane and our host could not offer us any alternative to a set time breakfast. Just the offer of ceral and milk in the central coffee area would have been a great gesture as we do understand not all times for full breakfast could be facilitated.

Lovely location on a nice road just round the lake from town. Room was very comfortable with fans in case it’s hot. Bathroom and shower pressure superb. Coffee room a nice touch and breakfast was nice. Host very pleasant. Really nice garden that you’re welcome to use

Wi-Fi was intermittent but that’s more an FYI to Donna as forgot to mention this morning. Wasn’t a problem for me in the slightest and no doubt just needs a router reboot. 10/10 air b+b at a good price

In a beautiful quiet garden setting. The garden was secure, which meant our small dog could sniff around with no chance of escape. Our room & bathroom were very clean and comfortable. There was a shared room next door to make tea, coffee etc ( supplied ) with the other guests ( 1 room ). Easy to get to, with a central location close to the lake and Rainbow Point. Delightful hosts could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Complimentary Continental breakfast had far more choices than home.

Breakfast on the first day of the two days was excellent: nutritious, delicious and plenty! On the second day my conference began very early so I had to miss out on the breakfast from 8.30am.

This is where I learned that the Tea Room where my breakfast would be was also linked with the second room facilities. Thus my breakfast was not available there on the second day. I was invited into the main house for breakfast after 8.30am. :-) Just a pity my conference's final day began so early!

The location is perfect as you're off the main road however you're close enough to be able to walk to everything. This is our second stay, and we feel very welcomed with our two dogs. The backyard is a beautiful fully fenced oasis which makes the stay very relaxing. Beds are comfortable with good quality sheets and towels. Bathroom is clean with lovely towels and good quality toiletries. Best of all Gill our host was so accommodating and friendly.

Highly recommend this bed and breakfast it's always a lovely stay.

Such a wide selection for breakfast was very filling! The bathroom was a big and very clean. The host did well in keeping us comfortable.

It did get a bit hot in the room, but that might be because its us and we are always hot! But she had a fan which was great, just a bit loud we found ourselves choosing between the noisy fan or hack the heat to get to sleep lol.

Donna and Graeme made us very welcome, and we enjoyed chatting over the lovely breakfasts they gave us. The garden is one to die for, but they are working to improve it even more. Access to the unit is level but a little way from the parking area.

Our only regret was that our ability to cook or reheat, so we ate out each night. This might be worth working on, just make that difference when you feel like a light tea and a flop in front of TV or out in the lovely garden.
