Fabulous pool and hot pools, lovely and helpful staff, clean rooms and comfortable bed

The cost for the pools could be a bit lower for people paying for accommodation. It wasn't very clear that it wasn't included in the cost of the accommodation and added a substantial cost to our stay, especially as my child wanted to go everyday and go on the slides.

Amazing Location, very friendly staff, despite being very busy, always answered questions with a smile! I forgot to get the young lady's name who checked us in, she was amazing!

We were in Chalet 6B, would be nice to have a verandah to dry clothes etc. No option inside the chalet as well. There should be a limit on # of people allowed for the pools... it was crammed...not really as relaxing as the photos depict!

The cabin was lovely and definitely did us for the one night. Came with a little fridge as well which was a great touch. The toilet/shower block was very clean and the showers had great pressure. The kitchen area looked absolutely massive with loads of amenities. We also had a discounted rate to use the Spa below the resort which was cool.

Our cabin was joined onto another cabin that had one of those conjoining doors. The door was obviously locked from both sides but when the couple in the other cabin were leaving at 6 in the morning, they were being incredibly loud and we could hear everything through the door. Also the tumble dryers are awful. We did 2 cycles are our clothes we’re still pretty drenched.

The reception staff were super friendly and very accommodating and helpful. Our cabin had it's own kitchen and toilet/shower which were really clean, and the beds were comfy. The discount to pools was appreciated!! The renovations didn't have an impact on our visit.

It would be awesome if there was an evening rate available for people staying in the holiday park, so they could enjoy an hour or so at the end of the day. When people arrive to check in late afternoon, it's not worth paying the day rate for just an hour......but a soak would have been lovely after a long drive! We did enjoy a lot of time at the pools the next day though :)

Great little cottage with a nice porch, amenities and hot pools nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we were delighted to find a laundry machine in the bathroom and drying rack supplied. There was a pleasant view from the porch with tropical looking plants around. We really enjoyed our time at this motel.

The cottage was part of the spa resort but unfortunately that did not include admission into the hot pools. There is an extra charge to go into the hot pools which, in my opinion, should be included in the stay (pool admission is discounted though).

The rooms were basic but completely functional, reasonable for what they are. Beds are really comfortable and lots of space. The spa pools were amazing and would make us come back - we all enjoyed it.

Location is slightly further out than we realised (I hadn't researched properly!) and so we had to drive to restaurants. We found some fast food containers under the bed which weren't ours when we were checking before check out . I think turn over times may be tight for getting rooms ready for next group. None of that really affected our stay and we had a great time.

The whole resort is great. Perfect for the kids and the facilities were clean and tidy. Will definitely book again.

Original booking was for 2 nights, then i booked an extra night for the day before and was made aware that they couldnt guarantee the same room. That was fine. We checked out of 1 room by 10am after the first night and asked if it was possible to check in earlier to the next room seeing as we were already there. They said they would try, and they would text me when the room was ready for us. No text - and at 14.10pm (check in was at 14.00) I went to reception to ask if the room was ready, only to be told 'Yes, its been ready for a while'. Pretty annoying when we were waiting around most of the day with young kids. Staff were friendly, but I felt like they could have better accommodated us in that situation.

The chalets were simple and comfortable and had everything we needed

The parking space near the chalet was quite tight for an SUV. This wasn’t a great issue we just let people out before parking the car but the foliage prevented people from easily exiting the vehicle. The outside furniture on the deck was also a bit grotty with old cigarette, water and food stains. Also not a massive issue but we had buy wet wipes to wipe the furniture down as the chalet only had the one kitchen cloth.

Great place for kids. Our unit had everything we needed. The weekend staff at checkin were lovely after a long drive. Loved the convenience of the warm pools being close and group discount prices. Location was great. Beds were super comfy.

It would be great to have a vac or broom in the room to clean because staying with kids means crumbs were plentiful. There was a funny smell when we first entered the unit - kinda musty, so I got some room spray. The couches/carpet may be due for a shampoo and the kitchen lino a good scrub (dark ring around the edges).

Great spot, our room was right near all the facilities. Great to be able to use the hot pools on site. Shower and toilet facilities spacious and clean. And really great that you can swap for fresh/dry towels at reception if you use your towel at the pool. Nice that some kitchen facilities are within the room.

We thought the shared kitchen was fully equipped, however we struggled to make our meal as there was very little equipment, no knives, other than the cutlery which we had from the equipment in our room. Although there may have been more available from reception, we hadn't checked out the kitchen facilities before reception had shut. Although I'm not sure if this was in the accommodation description somewhere, as I noticed other people had brought their own pans and equipment. The only other thing that would have been useful would have been a change machine to use the washing machines, again if we were more organised and had thought of it before reception shut, no doubt they would have been able to help.
