- nice location for families, easy access to the beach - well equipped kitchen - variety of pools - the staff are very polite and kind - great view from the room

Pool policy is very strict. We weren't allowed in the warmest of pools with a baby and were forced to use the ones with colder water. This makes the pool unusable for a family with a baby on a colder day.

Breakfast was a good variety

Stayed in room 2411,3 bed 2 bathrooms, massive balcony with 4 sunbeds, table and chairs for 6 and a cabana, beautiful views of the sea, mountains and pool areas, beds very comfortable and memory foam pillows, bath towels where very big, the pool areas was always kept clean and never a problem getting a sunbed and nice and quiet, food in the poolside bar was great and large portions and reasonably priced, I would book this room again.

When you can't get a late check out there is no safe room to store your luggage when you have a late fight home, you just have to leave it in reception.

Perfect central location, and really clean in the new modern 2 bedroom apartment… Had all the facilities needed, and great we could use Santiago III! The pool areas were lovely and very spacious, plenty of sun beds too.

The air conditioning did not work in our apartment at all , so we went to the reception 4 separate occasions but no one came till Day 3 to get it working… Also, we was located above the loading bay ramp for the hotel, which was very noisy in a morning from 7am…

The studio exceeded all my expectations! The cleanliness was impressive and the decor was like new. Everything was just spot on; the bathroom was of a very high standard with towels changed every day if required, the TV was huge and I could watch English TV and Netflix, there was a full size fridge freezer and oven with everything you need to cater for ourselves, the garden area was a real bonus too, the beds were huge and the storage space was perfect. I could go on forever about how amazing this studio was. I am already looking to book again next year!

The only thing of slight concern was the key system. It was very temperamental whether it opened the door or not. One morning we couldn’t open it to get out which was a worry so we slept with the door unlocked every night after that because we were scared we would be able to get out in an emergency.

The location was absolutely perfect, convenient and scenic, making it easy to relax and explore. The pool area was beautifully maintained and incredibly inviting, adding a luxurious touch to our stay. Our room exceeded expectations: spacious, stylishly decorated, and exceptionally comfortable. Being on the ground floor was a real advantage, especially with such close proximity to the pool, it felt like a private retreat. Every detail contributed to a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

The staff at the pool bar weren't the friendliest when we were asking for cocktails in the afternoon. It did feel like they couldn't really be bothered with us.

The location was very central, the apartment we stayed in was on the 8th floor and was amazing, stunning views on a huge balcony, very modern apartment with everything you need to make a home from home. The whole property was kept spotless

Certain staff gave the impression they didn’t like working there, there was a few occasions where I noticed at the pool bar, staff would talk among themselves and leave customers waiting to be served and even when serving it was like you were being an inconvenience as they barely grunted at you and rolled their eyes. Manners and a smile wouldn’t go astray.

Our third time staying at Santiago 4 we absolutely love it here. The location is the best, we had a sea view and pool view. Close to all the shops and restaurants. You can walk for miles in both directions. The swimming pool area is so lovely and well kept. The flowers and plants are beautiful. Lots of sun beds. The lifeguards are helpful. Some of the reception staff are very helpful but it completely depends on who you get. Parque Santiago 3 access to the slides for the children is amazing. We always go and use this for an hour or so a day but enjoy the peace and quiet of 4. The beach is beautiful and in walking distance. The supermarket is just around the corner it is very good. If you want more choice the big one is just down by the mini golf at Santiago 5 about a 5/10 minute walk. The maids are amazing we had service every day they can't do enough to help. All so friendly. We love coming here and will be back again next year. The WiFi is very poor depending on where your apartment is located. Previous years we've not had any issues but this year there was no TV signal and no WiFi. Not enough staff on the pool bar always takes ages to get served this was in February dread to think what summer must be like. Very hard pillows. Gym was good and fairly quiet. Play park for the children is nice. No balls allowed in any of the pools which is a shame in February in the cold pool when it's empty. Inflatables are only allowed in the cold pool. The heated pool is lovely and a must have for February.

The facilities, rooms, staff and cleanliness of the hotel overall is exceptional. This was my 2nd stay and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about it. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and it was filled with amenities and even a dolce gusto coffee machine. The air conditioning in the newer renovated apartments is also great and absolutely necessary.

The only tiny critique we had were regarding the umbrellas by the pool. The stand for the umbrellas is attached to the side of each lounger instead of there being dedicated umbrellas stands. They are not 100% effective as the umbrellas rarely stay in the position you want them in and can be quite frustrating when trying to keep the sun of specific areas.

Location excellent,everything I asked for like pool view/ocean view,couldn’t fault. If I was to fault anything the beds was very hard but when I asked for a mattress topper it arrived straight away,wasn’t a problem.
