Spent 9 nights at the hotel as a solo traveler, where I was working during the day. For me it was a great experience. The views and location were perfect, I was able to watch the sunrise each morning and hear the ocean nearby. Some other pros - The wifi was also great which was important for my job. - There is a small gym, only machines and cardio equipment but better than nothing - Huge pool area and reasonably priced pool side restaurant - Super clean and spacious room - Nice staff - Great location, next to restaurants, shops, the sea, surfing school

There really wasn't much I didn't like. However the things that could be improved were: - The ability to borrow an Iron. For some reason the hotel only allows you to rent an iron for the minimum of a week for 30 euros, which is crazy especially if you only need it for 10 minutes. The hotel will use the excuse of it being an external company, but that is the hotels fault for setting it up this way.

The location is amazing - everything within walking distance! Breakfast is very good and the staff is lovely. We loved spending our days by the pool which is spotless and everything is so clean and well kept.

Due to no air conditioning the room was very warm and even with all windows and balcony door open and the fan on full blast it had litttle effect. No fan or window in the bathroom.

Have stayed at II, III & IV but IV is by far my favourite. Plenty of of sun beds & umbrellas (unlike 1 & 2 - I know they are private, even more reason to be free) It’s clean & the gardens are kept lovely. All the Parque Santiago’s have lovely gardens. I only Wished I could of got booked in IV next year.

Nothing really, except it would of been nice to have a newly renovated one, but if there is anything wrong in your apartment they rectify straight away.

Excellent location, plenty of space & sun beds available. Fantastic cleaning service and bar facilities were good. The studio apartment was spacious & had reasonably good equipment albeit dated. However reception & maintenance were very responsive to our complaints re kettle & hob.

A lot of the umbrellas were broken but there were loads there so you just had to search! Lots of the sun beds had towels on them “very” early in the morning but at least they don’t allow towels to be put down the evening before. The hob in the studio apartment was very dated so you couldn’t see the markings. The kettle had no lid but we got an electric one when we requested it. The garden view apartments aren’t great to catch the sun or the view!

The fact that on arrival we were issued a room that was totally unacceptable to our needs. It was on the fourth floor, we asked if we could change rooms and was told that this was the room bookng.com had given us and that was the end of it. We have been staying at Parque Santiago 4 for at least 20 years and have not had any problems at all, the only difference was that we used booking.com. That being the case we will no longer be booking any holidays with you again.

The refurbished rooms are done to a very high standard. Lovely rooms. Bed so comfortable and pillows great too. Great kitchen area. Spacious Balcony with sun beds and a shower was brilliant Lovely pool area. Check in was quick!

At night you could hear the music at the restaurant just outside of the front of the building. It was too loud. Although with our doors shut you couldn’t hear a thing.

We stayed in this hotel numerous times in last few years. Quite and relaxing place Very helpful staff, all of them - reception, gardeners, cleaning ladies. A very special thank you goes to Saray at reception. She is such an attentive, young lady and an eager to help, thank you. We will be back!

The beds are not most comfortable and there was a sewage smell one day in our room but it was sorted by the evening, so fair enough.

We've stayed here before and love everything about it.Location and staff both excellent.

Had requested to stay in same room as last year with a pool view and Aircon but got opposite side ,street view and no Aircon. Bar food very basic with no daily specials and short staffed most days.also.

It looks incredible and was located in a really comfortable spot, the staff were all very nice and happy to help with anything we needed. The room was very comfortable and homely

I have no complaints apart from the view which is only because we were not situated seaside but rather roadside.
